Day 1

Arrival - Transfer to Arusha

Our representative (or your safari guide) will meet you at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and escort you to our office in Arusha for a short briefing that includes sharing various important tips with regards to your safari before the tour begins. Afterwards, you will proceed to the lodge for leisure dinner and overnight.

• Canoeing safari or forest hike in Lake Duluti

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a 2.5-hour leisure drive towards the southwest to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire has the highest concentration of elephants in Northern Tanzania. During the dry season, the Tarangire River which cuts through the park is a magnet for animal life. You will witness an unforgettable natural wonder as you observe exotic mammals such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras and various types of antelopes. Tarangire is a paradise for birdwatchers with over 550 different species, including the Maasai ostrich, the world’s largest bird.

After a rewarding day in Tarangire, you will drive further to your lodge near Ngorongoro for evening leisure, dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Central Serengeti

Central Serengeti

After an early breakfast, drive to Central Serengeti via Ndutu, well-known for its cheetah, lion, leopard and other big cats. Driving off the main road during a game drive is what makes Ndutu quite a special game area.

Later on, proceed to Central Serengeti with its ocean of grassland savannah stretching to the horizon as far as your eye can see. The abundance of African wildlife is what makes it such a sought-after safari destination. The residents include healthy populations of lions, cheetahs, leopards, etc. not to mention the more than 400 species of birds.

After a rewarding day of game viewing, you will drive further to your lodging for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Central Serengeti

Your entire day is dedicated to viewing the best of the Serengeti's wildlife activities. Mornings and evenings are always the best time to view animals! You will descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. You will head to the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River that provides a valuable water source to this zone. It attracts most of the Serengeti’s wildlife species including lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, giraffes, a great number of hippos and abundant birdlife.

After an incredible day wandering through the Central Serengeti plains, you will head back to your lodge for evening leisure and a hot dinner.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After breakfast, you will depart with your packed lunch to Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing on the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcano caldera formed three million years ago and is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world and one of Africa's most remarkable geological sites.

The crater has a unique ecosystem that is inhabited by more than 25,000 resident animals. In the grass steppes and acacia forest you can encounter almost every animal species of the East African savanna, including the “Big Five” (rhino, elephant, Cape buffalo, lion, leopard).

In the evening, you will ascend the crater and proceed your hotel in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
