Arusha National Park is one of Tanzania's most beautiful and diverse national parks. With its diverse landscapes, from the lush rainforests of the Ngurdoto Crater to the rugged peaks of Mount Meru, Arusha National Park offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the natural beauty of Tanzania up close.
In the afternoon you'll embark on a walking safari in the park and experience the beauty of Tanzania's wildlife up close and personal. With the guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable ranger, you'll venture off the beaten track and explore the park's lush forests and open savannahs on foot.
At the end of the day your guide will bring you to Arusha where you overnight at Green Mountain Hotel.

Tarangire National Park
Karibu Tanzania! Today our guide will collect you after breakfast from your hotel to start your safari. He will brief you about the safari, the schedule and what to expect. The drive to Tarangire will take about 2 hours. Enjoy the beautiful views of the local villages and Maasai herds on the way.
If you’ve never been to Tarangire (and even if you have) you’re in for a real treat. Tarangire is filled with giants – baobab trees all across the park, as well as elephants. Of the big cats, you’ll probably see lions, cheetahs and leopards are around too. Watch out for the wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes and zebras. Our guide will take you off the beaten track and share stories about the park and the natural world around you.
As you enjoy your meal at the picnic site, the sound of birds singing and the rustling of leaves in the wind will add to the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the moment. Later we leave Tarangire behind us and drive towards the beautiful Heart & Soul Lodge.

Lake Manyara
Where the plains of northern Tanzania meet the Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is a wonderful place to spend a safari day. Your highlights for the day might include getting up-close-and-personal with the elephants that made this park famous, lots of baboons, as well as one of few lion populations in Africa that spend much of their time in the trees. Between the forests at the foot of the escarpment and the lake that gives the park its name, enjoy rich birdlife and the chance of seeing predator ambush their prey.
After our afternoon game drive it’s time to head to our next destination for the night: Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge. Take a dive and relax at the swimming pool.

Lake Eyasi: Hadzabe & Datoga Tribe
Today you get a chance to discover the fascinating world of the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, two of the oldest and most traditional tribes in Tanzania. Lake Eyasi is home to these unique communities, and a visit to their villages is a chance to witness their daily lives and customs.
Your experienced guide will take you on a journey of discovery, as you meet the Hadzabe people and learn about their hunting and gathering techniques, including how they use bows and arrows to hunt wild animals. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in some of their daily activities, such as gathering roots and fruits, and making fire using traditional methods.
Next, you'll visit the Datoga tribe, known for their metalworking skills and their beautiful beadwork. You'll learn about their culture and their unique way of life, as well as their traditional beliefs and practices.
In the evening, you overnight at Marera Valley Lodge.

Serengeti National Park
We'll depart after breakfast and head towards Serengeti National Park, where we will arrive around lunch time. The Serengeti is one of the world's most famous wildlife destinations. We'll explore the vast plains in search of the Big Five and other animals. The Serengeti’s scenery is also unforgettable – observe Africa’s iconic acacia trees, the park’s golden grasslands and great piles of boulders known as kopjes.
As the sun begins to set, and you make your way through the park, you might catch glimpses of wildlife that are more active in the evening hours. The changing colors of the sky, the warm glow of the setting sun add to the magic of the moment.
In the evening you overnight at Osupuko lodge is scenically located on the slopes of Rongai Hills. Sun-rise is your daily wake-up call and beautiful sun-set will always alert you to go to the camp fire or a sundowner.
On day 6 we have a full day in Serengeti and stay another night at Osupuko tented lodge.

Morning Serengeti, afternoon Ngorongoro
Today we wake up early and start the day with a beautiful sunrise game drive. There's something truly magical about experiencing the African wilderness at sunrise, and a sunrise game drive is one of the best ways to do so. The early morning is an incredible time to spot some of the park's most elusive and active wildlife, including lions, leopards, and hyenas. The cooler temperatures and softer light create the perfect conditions for a memorable safari adventure, as you journey through the park's vast savannahs and grasslands.
In the afternoon, it will be time to head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of the most stunning and unique parks in Tanzania. The journey to the park is an adventure in itself, as you traverse winding roads through breathtaking scenery.

Ngorongoro Crater
A game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater is a highlight of any safari adventure in Tanzania. This unique natural wonder is home to an incredible array of wildlife, from herds of grazing antelope to majestic lions and towering elephants.
Journeying through the crater on a game drive, you'll have the chance to spot some of the park's most iconic species, including black rhinoceros, hippos, and wildebeest. Your experienced guide will share insights into the ecology of the region, as well as stories and facts about the fascinating behaviors of the park's many species.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a particularly special location for a game drive due to its enclosed nature. Surrounded by towering walls, the crater forms a natural amphitheater that makes it easy to spot a wide range of wildlife. You'll travel through lush forests and open savannahs, taking in breathtaking views of the crater floor and its many inhabitants.
In the afternoon your guide will drive you back to Arusha.
