In the morning, you will take a flight from Zanzibar to Seronera Airstrip in the Serengeti. Upon arrival, your safari guide will pick you up for a thrilling game drive in the heart of Serengeti National Park, where you will have the chance to see lions, cheetahs, elephants, and a variety of other wildlife. You will explore the vast savannah, enjoying the incredible landscapes and wildlife encounters. After an adventurous day, you will settle into a tented camp in Serengeti for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Today, you leave the heart of the Serengeti and head south to the Ndutu region, a prime location for witnessing the Great Migration during calving season. The journey takes you through vast plains and acacia woodlands, with opportunities to spot big cats, elephants, and other wildlife along the way.

Ndutu, part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, is known for its seasonal lakes and nutrient-rich grasslands, attracting thousands of wildebeest and zebras during migration. If traveling between December and March, you may witness the dramatic spectacle of wildebeest calving, where thousands of newborns take their first steps while predators lurk nearby.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive, tracking prides of lions, cheetahs on the hunt, and hyenas scavenging the open plains. As the sun sets, you’ll settle into your lodge or tented camp, surrounded by the raw beauty of Ndutu’s wilderness.

Day 3

Ndutu to Ngorongoro

Ndutu to Ngorongoro

After an early breakfast, you depart Ndutu and journey towards one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations—the Ngorongoro Crater. The drive takes you through the breathtaking landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with rolling grasslands giving way to the highland forests surrounding the crater rim.

Descending 600 meters into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, you enter a wildlife paradise teeming with diverse species. Ngorongoro Crater is home to an incredible density of animals, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a full-day game drive, witnessing thrilling predator-prey interactions, large elephant herds, and perhaps a rare rhino sighting. After an unforgettable safari, you ascend the crater walls and head to your lodge on the crater rim, where you can relax and take in the stunning views.

Your final safari day begins in Karatu with an early breakfast before heading to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, and an array of bird species. Upon arrival, you will embark on a thrilling morning game drive, exploring the park’s vast landscapes and spotting wildlife in their natural habitat. Around midday, you will enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by the beauty of Tarangire’s wilderness. After lunch, the adventure continues with an afternoon game drive, offering more opportunities to witness the park’s incredible wildlife and scenery. Later in the late afternoon, you will be transferred to Arusha, where you will catch your flight back to Zanzibar, bringing your unforgettable safari journey to an end.
