Arrive in Windhoek
Touchdown at Windhoek Airport, where you will be met and taken to the depot to collect your rental vehicle. Once all the paperwork is signed, you will head to your hotel in Namibia's Capital City. We recommend having a delicious dinner at Joe's Beerhouse.

Windhoek to Sesriem
Drive into the Namib desert today, home to some of the world's biggest sand dunes. Having endured arid or semi-arid conditions for roughly 55–80 million years, the Namib may be the oldest desert in the world and contains some of the world's driest regions. Your lodge is situated just outside the gate of the Namib-Naukluft National Park.

Sossusvlei
Head into the Namib-Naukluft National Park to explore its treasured sights, including Sossusvlei, Dead Vlei, Dune 45 and Sesriem canyon. To get to Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei, you will drive 66km along tar road to a parking lot. The tar road ends at this point and it is another 5km to the dunes. There is a 4x4 shuttle which you can catch to the dunes, or you can walk.

Sesriem to Swakopmund
Drive through the desert to Namibia's largest coastal town, Swakopmund. Be sure to stop at Solitaire on your way and get a slice of apple pie. You can also stop at the lagoon in Walvis Bay to see if any flamingoes are on show.

Free Day in Swakopmund
Swakopmund is Namibia's playground. There are lots of activities here to keep you busy. Go sandboarding, quad biking in the dunes, or sky diving for the more adventurous. The truly brave can go for a swim in the freezing Atlantic Ocean. At the end of the day, you can sit on the promenade and watch the sunset over the ocean.

Swakopmund to Etosha National Park
Today, you head to Namibia's biggest and best wildlife reserve, Etosha National Park. You can stop off at Cape Cross Seal Colony on your way. Your lodge is situated not far from the entrance to the park. Depending on your arrival time, you can head into the park for an afternoon game drive.

Free Day to Game Drive in Etosha National Park
After breakfast, you can head into the park and spend the whole day exploring and game-driving around the park, looking for the animals. The rest camps inside are open to the public, and it is possible to stop at them for lunch and to make use of the swimming pool. The rest camps also have good waterholes, which are worth checking out.

Departure to Windhoek
Today, your journey comes to an end as you drive back to Windhoek to return the rental car before catching your flight home.
