Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

We pick you up from your hotel between 6:30 am and 8:00 am and drive west toward the Masai Mara National Reserve with lunch en route. We arrive in time for an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve which is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary.

It is home to the wildebeest migration and well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. July, August and September are the months when the wildebeest and zebra migrate from Serengeti to Masai Mara. There is also resident wildlife throughout the year. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight will be at the campsite.

Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at 7:45 am (or earlier) from your camp and proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close-range viewing of the animals. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles.

After the game drive, there will be an optional visit to the Maasai Village at an extra fee (payable directly). Dinner and overnight will be at the campsite.

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

You will wake up early in the morning and have a cup of coffee or tea before proceeding for a pre-breakfast game drive. After the game drive, your driver-guide will drop you off at the camp for a full breakfast. You will then depart from the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch and proceed to Lake Nakuru. Arrive in the early evening with the rest of your time at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at a budget hotel.

Lake Nakuru - Amboseli

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and proceed for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. This park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white and black rhinos and is also known for its birdlife.

Later, you will depart from Lake Nakuru via Nairobi with lunch en route to Amboseli. Arrive in Amboseli in the evening for check-in, dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Full day in Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from the camp. Proceed for a full day in Amboseli National Park with your picnic lunch. The park is known as the home of African elephants. If the weather is good, it also offers a unique view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the roof of Africa. Later in the evening after the game drive, the driver will drop you off at the camp for dinner and overnight at the camp.
