Arrival - Nairobi
You will be picked up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to your accommodation at Giraffe Manor. The Safari Collection owns this exclusive boutique hotel, which is often referred to as one of the most Instagrammed properties in the world. Giraffe Manor is set on 12 acres of private land within 140 acres of indigenous forest and is one of Nairobi's most iconic buildings.
The historic manor house has extraordinary appeal, reminiscent of the 1930s when visitors first flocked to East Africa to enjoy safaris. With its stately façade, elegant interior, lush gardens, sunny terraces, and charming courtyards, many guests feel as if they are stepping into the film Out of Africa. One of the twelve rooms is named after the author, Karen Blixen.

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast at 8:00am, we will pick you up from Giraffe Manor and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your morning flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive at 11:00am and begin your safari in the realm of the Maasai, Kenya's traditional cattle-herding nomads committed to preserving their culture.
After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive.
The Masai Mara is known for having the richest concentration of wildlife in Kenya and is considered a must-visit destination for travelers exploring Africa. When many people envision Africa and a safari, they picture the golden grassland plains filled with wildebeest, zebras, lions, and jackals, all connected by the cycles of life and death. Spending three days here will only provide a glimpse of the incredible wonders that the Mara has to offer.

Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend a full day in the Masai Mara, enjoying both morning and afternoon game drives. Explore the park in search of the Big Five while following the wildebeest migration. For an additional US$450 per person, you can arrange an optional hot air balloon safari.
The Masai Mara is home to a remarkable variety and abundance of wildlife, with over 450 species recorded. You are likely to see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, various kinds of antelope and elephants.
One of the most spectacular natural events occurs here: the annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras from the Serengeti in Tanzania in search of water and pasture. The predators of the savannah—lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas and vultures—follow closely behind.
