Welcome To Uganda And Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

On your arrival in Uganda, you will be welcomed and picked up in the morning hours by a Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

You will have lunch on your way.

You will reach Bwindi Impenetrable National Park between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, check in at your hotel, and relax after a long trip.

Dinner and overnight at Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort Campsite.

Gorilla Trekking | Relaxing | Batwa Cultural Interaction

After an early morning breakfast, you will head out to the park head offices with a packed lunch and your guide and have a briefing about the Do’s and Don’ts while in the park with gorillas.

After that, head for gorilla trekking through the mist rain forest. Trekking can take 2 hours or up to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gentle giants. Make sure you carry enough water, sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, and rain jackets.

At the end of this long and exciting adventure, you will return to the lodge to relax a bit.

Thereafter, you will head out for a community walk where you will visit the Batwa, which is an Indigenous group of people that have lived in the forest for 500,000 years, and enjoy traditional dances.

The Last Day With Us | Stopover At The Equator | Transfer To Airport | Fly Back Home

The day begins with a delightful breakfast after which you will return to the mainland and prepare to drive back to Entebbe. You will make a lunch stop at Mbarara and proceed to Kampala making another stop at the Equator in Masaka.

You will see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Snacks, souvenirs, and photographs may be taken here.

You will arrive in Kampala later that evening and be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.

Much as we'd like your tour with us to last forever, sadly, today marks the end of your safari. Having shared so many wonderful experiences together, it's time to say goodbye and look back together on an amazing safari. We hope that you'll come back to travel with us again one day.
