After your long flight, you will be picked up by our local guide at Kilimanjaro Airport and transferred to your accommodations in Arusha for dinner and your overnight stay.

Arusha is a city in Tanzania, located at the base of the volcanic Mount Meru. It serves as a gateway to Tanzania's safari destinations.

Day 2

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at your accommodations, we will depart for Serengeti National Park for an afternoon game drive. During the day, a packed lunch will be provided en route to the central area of the park, which covers a vast 14,763km². It is home to the “Big Five,” along with a wide range of mammals, including wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, antelopes, jackals, gazelles, and many bird species.

We will drive through the endless plains and then transfer to the camp in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

An optional visit to a Maasai village is available for an additional fee.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast at your accommodations, we will depart for a full-day safari through Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch in hand. We will continue exploring this extraordinary park and its diverse fauna and flora.

Large herds of grazing animals will be seen, with predators lurking nearby, ready to ensure their survival. With some luck, we may witness a hunting scene or spot the elusive leopard with its prey in the trees.

After the evening safari, we will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu

After an early breakfast, you will depart for a game drive through the Serengeti en route to the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful location and one of the best places in East Africa to see the “Big Five.” It is considered one of the most beautiful natural wildlife safari sites in the world and offers an exceptional opportunity to interact with the Maasai people.

Upon reaching the crater’s edge, the 20km diameter caldera opens before you in all its stunning glory. You will descend into the crater along an adventurous trail. This World Heritage Site is seasonally home to over 25,000 animals, including a wide range of bird species, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino.

A hot lunch will be served at a picnic spot near the hippo pool, after which you will continue to explore the crater. After your exploration, you will ascend the crater and drive directly to your accommodations in Karatu.

Day 5

Karatu - Tarangire National Park - Arusha

Karatu - Tarangire National Park - Arusha

After an early breakfast at your accommodations, you will drive directly to Tarangire National Park, which takes approximately one hour. This park is one of the largest in Tanzania, covering an area of 2,600 square kilometers. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. It also hosts a mini-wildlife migration during the dry season, consisting of about 250,000 animals. Visitors can expect to see more than 300-strong herds of elephants, large groups of buffalo, and healthy populations of lions and leopards. During the dry season, Tarangire has the highest concentration of mammals in the country.

You will have picnic lunch boxes inside the park in the afternoon. After lunch, you’ll go on one last game drive before being transferred to the airport.
