Arrive In Tanzania | Transfer To Tarangire National Park | Game Drive

Upon arrival in Tanzania in the morning hours, you will be welcomed and picked by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Kilimanjaro International Airport and be transferred to Tarangire National Park passing through open plains south of Arusha town.

On your arrival at the park, you will check into your lodge, have lunch and then go for a game drive.

During the dry season from May to October Tarangire has the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem and its wetlands in the southeast portion of the park support over 300 varieties of birds. With fewer tourists than other parks, Tarangire’s rolling savannah dotted with thousands of baobab and acacia trees offers a great chance to enjoy Africa's wilderness and solitude.

Morning Game Drive | Transfer To Ngorongoro Crater | Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive, then we depart for Ngorongoro Crater passing through the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands before arriving at the rim of the crater.

We will descend into the crater which is one of the most densely crowded game areas in the world, home to nearly 40,000 animals. Here we will have a good chance of seeing the big five: lion, leopard, rare Black Rhino, buffalo, and elephants. Along with the big five; we will also see herds of wildebeest, zebra, and Thomson’s gazelle.

You will have a picnic lunch in the crater. After lunch, we will continue our game drive till the evening then be transferred to your lodge where you will check in and rest.

Morning Game Drive | Transfer To Serengeti National Park | Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Ngorongoro Crater then after, we travel to Serengeti National Park.

We will stop at Olduvai Gorge to visit the site where the fossils of a distant ancestor of man, believed to be about 1.8 million years old, were discovered.

You will enter the Serengeti at around noon and you will have an evening game drive i.e. you will spend the rest of your evening exploring its world-renowned endless plains in search of one of the greatest wildlife spectacles in the world, the great annual migration.

Dinner and overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge.

The Last Day With Us | Optional Balloon Safari | Travel To Arusha Town | Fly Back Home

After having a delightful breakfast, there is an opportunity to take part in the hot air balloon safari which is an optional activity at USD 600 per person. It will give you a bird's view of this amazing park.

We will have a picnic lunch in the Serengeti then we drive back to Arusha having time to shop at some of the curio shops in Makuyuni and Arusha. Then be taken to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
