On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be received by our safari driver-guide who will introduce you to the "pearl of Africa". You will be transferred to your booked guest house which is a 15-minute drive from the airport where you will have dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Today after your breakfast, you will visit Mabamba swamp on Lake Victoria famous for its elusive shoebill stork, on this wetland, they several other shore birds such as great cormorant, yellow billed stork, yellow billed ducks, lesser jacana, black crake, black headed gonolek, maroub stork and grey heron among others. After a successful shoebill viewing, embark on the trip to Ziwa rhino sanctuary. You traverse through the undulating hill slopes of Nakasongola before branching off at Nakitoma for 7 km to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary just 176km north of Kampala. Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch is the proud home of the only wild rhinos in Uganda following their extinction and thus offers an unforgettable Rhino tracking experience. Ziwa is the only place where you will be able to see rhinos in the wild.

Day 3

Murchison Falls National Park in the northwest of Uganda, a journey of 311km (a drive of about 5 hours). You traverse through the undulating hill slopes of Nakasongola before branching off at Nakitoma for 7km to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary just 176km north of Kampala. a home to the only remaining wild white rhinos in Uganda following their extinction and thus offers an unforgettable rhino tracking experience. Ziwa is the only place where you will be able to see rhinos in the wild. The sanctuary is home to over 20 Southern white rhinos. The sanctuary has become increasingly popular with tourists who come for rhino trekking, bird watching, nature walks and relaxation.
After this activity, you will continue to Murchison River Lodge with a visit to top of falls where the park derives its name reaching in the later afternoon for relaxation dinner and overnight at the famous Masindi Hotel. If time allows, we will do some game drive in the park.

Wake up for an early morning game drive where you will have a chance to spot the early risers and nocturnal species before they return to their hideouts. We traverse the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park before returning to the lodge for breakfast.
The 3,893 sq km park is home to a range of animals. You have the chance to view some of the park's residents including lions, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeests, antelopes and buffalos. The bird species include shoe-billed stork, secretary bird, red-necked falcon, Heuglin’s francolin, Denham’s bustard, Senegal thick-knee and Egyptian plover.
In the afternoon, go for a boat trip to the base of Murchison Falls. The launch cruise will take you close to the falls’ base where you will be shown the spot where Ernest Hemingway’s plane crashed during a sightseeing tour to Murchison Falls in 1954. You can get off the boat and proceed on a hike up the side of the falls to the top.

Day 5
Transfer to kibale National Park

After breakfast, embark on the transfer to the Kibale National Park, a drive of about 7 hours. Traverse the rural sceneries and traditional homesteads of the Kagadi district before arriving at Kyenjojo and eventually Fort Portal town where you’ll have a hot lunch.
Drive to the lodge and take a rest before you continue along the Kibale Forest edges that harbor the greatest variety and concentration of primates found anywhere in East Africa. The park is famous for its chimpanzees. Kibale protects a remarkable 13 primate species, including the very localized red colobus and L’Hoest’s monkey, galagos, blue monkey, red-tailed and vervet monkey.

Day 6

Kibale Forest has the highest number of recorded sightings of the green-breasted pitta, which is another sought-after bird in Uganda.
After an early breakfast, drive to Kanyanchu, the Kibale Park headquarters, by 8:00 am for a chimpanzee pre-trekking briefing by the park staff. The chimpanzee trekking experience tends to last 2 to 5 hours, including an hour of a direct encounter with these amazing creatures. In addition to chimps, Kibale Forest is home to other primates including the red-tailed and grey-cheeked mangabey, phoestes and blue and red colobus.
After the successful trekking experience, embark on your 1-hour drive to the famous Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the late afternoon for relaxation at your place of residence.

Day 7

After breakfast, undertake game drive in kasenyi plains of this park where you will be able to spot elephants, lions, leopards, Buffaloes, Kobs and hippos among others
Proceed on the trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an afternoon boat cruise along the 45km long Kazinga Channel. The Kazinga Channel which stretches to 45km in length at one time had much concentration of Hippopotamus population in the region until the management decided to carry out culling in 1960.
You enjoy the wide views of the Nile crocodiles and other wild game quenching their thirst on the waters of Kazinga channel and flocking its shores on a hot day.
Retreat from the 2 hour activity; engage in an afternoon game drive along the channel track as you head to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 8

After breakfast, before you embark on the trip to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south western part of Uganda. You undertake a game drive in this part of park searching for the tree climbing lions.
Ishasha sector is well endowed with the infamous climbing lions together with other wild game that dwell in this woodland part of the park. The tree climbing lions prefer to lie flat on fig tree branches in the mid-morning sun while waiting for their prey. After this encounter, proceed on the drive to Bwindi arriving in the evening for relaxation.

After an early breakfast, you will take a packed lunch, have a briefing by the game guides at the park headquarters and start your gorilla trail. Hiking through the thick, verdant, rainforest to eventually come across the gorillas in their natural habitat, is an amazing and unforgettable experience. This encounter takes between 2 to 9 hours and is the highlight of an Africa exploration safari. You will only have 1 hour of close contact with these calm gentle apes, take pictures and get acquainted to them.
You are free to shoot as many photos as you desire before you retreat from the activity to return to the starting point. After this encounter transfer to lake Bunyonyi for relaxation.

Day 10

Today morning you will start your journey to lake Mburo national park reaching in time for lunch and later game viewing. This park has zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos and many savannah birds. Including local farms with Ankole long horned cattle. You will retire at your lodge.

Day 11

Today is your last in this park. So you will start breakfast and the nature walk that will expose to a close of wild animals and avian with an armed range guide who will with you from start to the end as you embark of a drive to entebbe with enroute stop at Equator for lunch. Reaching entebbe for your scheduled journey back home.
