Program: Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will meet your safari guide. After a brief introduction, we will proceed to Tarangire National Park for game viewing and a picnic lunch. After the game drive, we will proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Description: The park's name comes from the Tarangire River, which crosses through it and is the only water source for wild animals during the Dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons.

Karatu - Lake Manyara National Park
Program: After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel or lodge and then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing with a picnic lunch. After the game drive, you will drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Description: Lake Manyara National Park covers an area of only 330 square kilometers (127 square miles), of which up to 200 square kilometers (77 square miles) is made up of the lake when water levels are high. Lake Manyara is an excellent place for bird watching and a good area to find elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, buffalos and maybe even the legendary tree-climbing lions. At some point during your game drive, you can get out of your vehicle at the hippo pool to stretch your legs and observe the hippos.

Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park
Program: After an early breakfast, we will drive up to the gates of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will then descend the crater for a game drive and a picnic. You can spot lions, buffalos, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, and even rhinoceros if you're lucky. After the game drive, we will proceed across the Ngorongoro Highlands up to the entrance of the Serengeti gate. We will then continue to the camp with an en-route game drive.
Description: The crater is the world's largest caldera, formed after an explosion approximately 2 to 3 million years ago. The crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level, and the area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.

Central Serengeti National Park
Program: We will continue with a full-day game drive within the park, focusing on Africa’s Big Five. The guide will do his best to ensure that you spot as many animals as possible.
Description: Serengeti National Park is located in Northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site, occupying an area of around 15,000 square kilometres. It has over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species. This area has massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the Dry season. However, the Northern Serengeti also supports abundant resident wildlife, including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile and the rare oribi antelope.

Program: After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and transfer you to the Seronera Airstrip, from where you will fly to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport.
