After breakfast at 8:30-10:30 am, you will depart from Arusha or the airport to Tarangire National Park a distance of 140km. Tarangire National Park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular between June and September, the dry period. During this time, thousands of animals such as wildebeests, buffalos, and oryx migrate from the dry Maasai land to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lions, leopards and other predators follow the herds. Tarangire is home to over 500 varieties of birds. You will have lunch and take a late afternoon game drive. Afterwards, you will drive back for dinner and an overnight stay at Sun Bright Campsite.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Time 8:30 am - 1:30 am
Distance 210km.
At 8:30 am after breakfast, you will leave for Serengeti National Park, driving through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with the option of visiting Olduvai Gorge (known as the cradle of mankind the hominids dating 2 million years back). The game drive takes us to the vast Serengeti plains, home of the big game animals, the predators, the great migration and the Nile crocodiles. At 6:30 pm (sunset), you will drive back for dinner and an overnight stay at Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
You will wake up for early morning game drives in Serengeti then head back to the campsite for breakfast. After breakfast, you will depart from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater. You will then check out and drive with lunch while game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
You will wake up early for breakfast and then descend into the crater floor for game drives. All the Big Five (rhinos, lions, buffalos, and elephants) live in this wonderful caldera. Others that live here are zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, and more. Birds include flamingos on the Soda Lake, geese, storks, vultures, and more. Your lunch will be served at the Crater at Ngoitoktok Swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, you will drive back to Arusha or the airport.
