6-Day Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli Budget Safari

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Your driver-guide will pick you up and give a brief introduction before we begin our safari, driving along the Great Rift Valley towards the Masai Mara. We'll stop along the way to admire geographical wonders and visit an old chapel built in 1942 by Italian POWs. Continuing through the countryside, we'll reach Narok, the last town before entering the bush. We'll arrive at the Masai Mara by noon and check in. After some time to stretch and relax, we'll head out for a game drive. We'll return to the lodge in time for a sundowner, followed by dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

We'll spend the entire day on a game drive, with a picnic lunch in the bush. We’ll explore a large area of the Masai Mara Reserve, from the Mara River along the Great Migration route all the way to the Tanzanian border. You'll witness one of nature's greatest spectacles—the migration of millions of zebras and wildebeest. Having crossed the challenging Mara River, these herds are now moving across the plains, heading back into Tanzania. Later we'll return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

Enjoy an early breakfast, check out from your resort, and then visit a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience and some shopping (which supports the local population). After a briefing from your driver-guide, drive to Lake Nakuru. Upon arrival, check in, take a short break, and then embark on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, which is known for its black rhinos, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Later you’ll return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in Amboseli National Park, where you'll have stunning views of Africa's highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. You’ll return to the camp in the early afternoon for lunch. After some more exploration in the park, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.
