You will be met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Refresh and begin your sightseeing of Addis with the drive up to Entoto for a panoramic view of Addis. Descend down and drive to National museum where you will have a chance to spot the oldest hominids of ‘Lucy’ fossil. Visit and proceed to the Holy Trinity built during the WWII. Then to the Ethnographic museum, which use to be the palace of Emperor Hailesellase. To wrap up you will drive to Merkato, the biggest open market in East Africa. Visit and drive back to your hotel for your overnight.

Fly Addis to Jinka then drive to Turmi
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Jinka. Be met upon arrival and drive to Mago National Park to visit the Mursi village. The Mursi are one of the exotic ethnic groups in Ethiopia. They live in very low huts made of straw leaves. The women like to wear terra cotta on their enormously stretched lower lips and ear lobes. After lunch you will drive to Turmi and visiting en route one of the Hamer village, the most beautiful ethnicity in the lower omo valley. Enjoy the sunset from your lodge in Turmi.

Excurison to Karo and Nyangatom
This day you will drive to Murulle where you can find the Karo people. Karo People are very famous for their splendid body decoration, in which they paint their bodies and faces with white chalk to prepare for a ceremony. The women scar their chest believing it makes them beautiful. The men's scars represent an enemy or dangerous animal killed. Visit and proceed to Nyangatom tribes who live on the omo basin about 3000 individuals. Ornamentation of the women is designed not only for beauty, but also to assert the woman’s social status. In addition, both men and women have labial piercing with different metal, wood, or ivory decorations. Men sometimes wear sharp metal rings and bracelets as personal defensive weapons. One bracelet is particularly intimidating- it is a disc shape with filed edges. Visit and drive back to Turmi for the overnight.

Excurison to Omorate and then drive to Jinka
After having your breakfast, you will have an excursion to Omorate to visit the Dassanech people ‘people of the Delta’, who lives on the northern shore of Lake Turkana. You will visit one of the Dassancech village which is 10kms away from the border of Kenya. Visit and drive back to Turmi. After lunch you will begin your journey back to Jinka for your overnight stay.

Fly Jinka to Addis Ababa
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport and catch your flight back to Addis.
In the evening attend a folkloric dinner where you will have a chance to taste several national dishes and watch dances of the various ethnic groups of Ethiopia. The traditional coffee ceremony will also be served. Later you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
