You'll be picked up early from Kampala for Queen Elizabeth National Park, a 6-hour drive to begin your 6-day Uganda gorillas, Masai Mara safari. You'll stop over at the Equator crossing and have lunch. Upon arrival at Queen Elizabeth; you'll catch up with the 2:00 pm boat cruise or later at 4:00 pm on Kazinga Channel. You'll enjoy views of hippos, crocodiles, and birds.

After an early breakfast, you will leave for an early morning game drive to look for bush elephants, buffaloes, birds, leopards, antelopes, and warthogs all on the Kasenyi track of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You'll retreat afterward, have an early lunch, and be driven via Ishasha to your next destination of 6 days Uganda gorillas, Masai Mara tour in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, 3-4 hours. At Ishasha Sector, you will have a remarkable wildlife encounter with the tree-climbing lions before proceeding to the lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 3

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park-Batwa Visit

You'll have breakfast early, after, carry your pack of lunch, and bottled water and then assemble for orientation at the Buhoma area. You'll learn about what rules and regulations to observe when on Bwindi gorilla trekking which starts at 8:00 am from Buhoma trailhead. Tracking gorillas via Buhoma may take you from 2-6 hours which includes one hour of close encounter, photography, learn how mountain gorillas behave from feeding, and copulation to till they make nests to spend a night.
You'll retreat after one hour with mountain gorillas and you will be awarded a gorilla trekking certificate. You will settle back at the lodge for a relaxed afternoon. Then, you will also visit the Batwa who lived for 500,000 years in the forest before they were displaced when gazetting Bwindi as a national park. While at Batwa community, you will have the best of cultural dances, and music performances and get to know their ancient hunting and gathering techniques.

Uganda gorillas, Masai Mara will begin with early breakfast. You will leave the lodge to catch up with a flight from Kihihi or Kisoro setting off at 8:00 am to Entebbe. From Entebbe Airport (EBB) to Masai Mara, you will check into the lodge for a relaxed lunch and then an afternoon game drive.
