Nairobi to Masai Mara adventure tour

Meet and greet guests at the hotel or airport. The tour guide will brief you about the safari before departure to the Masai Mara. The journey will take approximately 5 to 6 hrs. Depart from Nairobi by 0700hrs and drive along the Rift Valley with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for some photos. You will check in at the hotel for lunch. After lunch have leisure time at the hotel and later in the eveining visit the masai mara cultural centre known as the masai village. Be part of the story and engage with the locals to learn how they are able to live close to the park and know there way of conserving the enviroment. The Maasai community visit forms one of the most active and lively activities that one should not miss. From their dancing stanzas and there cultural activities like ornament making.

Return to the hotel for leisure as you wait for dinner served between 1900hrs to 2100hrs.

Incredible Adventure in the Park

Breakfast will be served from 0700hrs to 0800hrs.

Go on a full-day game drive exploring the Masai Mara from 0810hrs to 1700hrs.
This day will be spent viewing Kenya’s finest wildlife park in search of Africa’s Big Five. They include the African elephant, lion, leopard, Cape buffalos, and rhinoceros. Other animals like giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, wildebeests, zebras, and hippos can also be seen. It is also common to see lions basking in the sun after a heavy meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but reasonably common.

Due to the wide variety of habitats, more than 470 bird species - both resident and migrant - can be found in the Mara including ostrich, secretary bird, grey-crowned crane, turaco, white-backed vulture, pelican, heron, southern ground hornbill, hamerkop and stork.

Stop for a picnic lunch under the tree shade (provided by the hotel)

Return to the hotel for dinner served from 1900hrs to 2100hrs.

Masai Mara Half day adventure and back to Nairobi City

Morning breakfast will be served from 0600hrs to 0630hrs. Check out from the hotel and proceed to the park for early morning game drive. During the game drive, you’re almost certain to spot animals, especially lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as they prefer to hunt in the cool of dawn. You will also be able to capture beautiful photos of the wildlife species and sunrise. The Masai Mara is one of East Africa’s top safari destinations renowned for its exceptional populations of lions, African leopards, cheetahs, and African bush elephants.

Later proceed to Nairobi with lunch stopover at Narok.

The expected arrival time at Nairobi is at 1600hrs with drop you off at the hotel or the airport.
