Day 2

After a brief introduction depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Driving through spectacular Great Rift Valley scenery, the landscape rolls past the windows as you leave the fragrant coffee plantations of Arusha behind.
Arrive at Lake Manyara Serena Hotel where you will have a welcome drink before checking in t your rooms.
Lunch will be served in a secluded open air site within the lodge.
After a sumptuous meal depart for a late afternoon game drives to the park.
Lake Manyara National Park covers an area of 330sq km and two-thirds of the park is covered by Lake Manyara. The main attractions are the superb bird life, the tree climbing lions, hippos, elephants. Lake Manyara hosts thousands of flamingos as well as a diversity of other bird life.
Evening drive back to the lodge.

After breakfast depart Lake Manyara National Park for Serengeti National Park.
Picnic lunch will be served on the way. Game drives starts as you enter the Park at Naabi gate.

Grant’s gazelles, elands, impalas, warthogs, and also rich in bird life.

Join us on a safari and explore the endless Serengeti plains dotted with trees and kopjes from which majestic lions control their kingdom; gaze upon the Great Migration in awe or find an elusive leopard in a riverine forest. Or perhaps see everything from a bird’s-eye view and soar over the plains at sunrise during a hot air balloon safari. After breakfast depart with picnic lunch and Descend down the Ngorongoro crater rim for game drives.
The Ngorongoro Crater is just one part of a larger area of interrelated
ecosystems consisting of the crater highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with larger stretches of plains bush and woodland.
Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of about 8300 sq km. Near its centre is the Olduvai Gorge where many fossils have been earthed.
Afternoon ascend the crater rim and head to Karatu for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Tarangire National park (130 km from Arusha) covers an area of 2,600 km squared, between the plains of the Maasai steppe to the south-east, and the lakes of the Great Rift valley to the north and west. The Northern park is dominated by the perennial Tarangire River which flows to Lake Burungi.
Large numbers of elephant herds congregate here, as well as Wildebeest and zebra.
Others includes impalas, giraffes, gazelles, both greater and lesser Kudu among others.
Late afternoon transfer to Sangaiwe tented camp for dinner and overnight on FB.
