Upon arrival at Sipi Falls in the afternoon, you will check in at the lodge and enjoy a refreshing lunch. After lunch, take time to relax and prepare for the exciting afternoon ahead.
The adventure begins with an exploration of the region’s culture with a coffee experience, where you will learn about the coffee-growing process, harvesting, roasting, and testing from the local communities.

Sipi falls hike and transfer to pian upe
After breakfast, begin your adventure with a scenic hike to Sipi Falls, a series of three stunning waterfalls nestled in the foothills of Mount Elgon. The hike takes you through lush coffee plantations and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. You’ll have the chance to explore all three waterfalls, each with its own charm.
Once you've completed your hike and taken in the views, return to your lodge for a refreshing lunch. Afterward, check out and begin your journey to Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve, located approximately 3-4 hours away from Sipi Falls. The drive will take you through rural Uganda, with scenic views of rolling hills and small villages along the way.
Upon arrival in Pian Upe, check in at your accommodation and unwind. In the late afternoon, set off on an evening game drive, where you can expect to spot wildlife such as zebras, gazelles, white-eared kobs, ostriches, errands, and various bird species. There have been sightings of cheetahs as well.

Game drives and cultural experience
After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive through the expansive savannah plains of Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve. This is the perfect opportunity to spot the reserve's unique wildlife, including Uganda's only population of Roan Antelopes, along with cheetahs, eland, zebras, giraffes, oribis, Uganda kob, buffaloes, and the blue and common duiker. The game drive also offers a chance to observe a variety of bird species and enjoy the picturesque landscape as you explore.
In the afternoon, you will visit a local Karamoja community near the park, where you will have a rare cultural experience. Enjoy a vibrant performance of traditional dance and drama, and take the opportunity to learn about the Karamoja people's rich cultural heritage. This will provide a fascinating insight into their way of life, customs, and traditions.
As the day comes to an end, head back to your camp for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer to kidepo valley National park
After a hearty breakfast, check out of the lodge and begin your scenic drive towards Kidepo Valley National Park. Located in the northeastern corner of Uganda, the journey takes about 5 to 6 hours, offering breathtaking views of the Ugandan countryside and an ever-changing landscape as you approach the Karamoja region.
Enjoy a lunch stop on your way. Upon arrival at the park, check in to your lodge, where you can refresh and relax, preparing for an exciting evening ahead.
In the late afternoon, embark on an evening game drive in Narus Valley. This area is known for its abundant wildlife, and you may encounter elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and many other animals roaming the plains. As the sun sets behind the surrounding hills, the landscape transforms, creating a magical atmosphere.

Game drives in Kidepo Valley National Park
After an early morning breakfast, head to the park for game drives through the Narus Valley with expectations of great sightings of wildlife. Kidepo Valley National Park has a high biodiversity of fauna, with at least 86 mammal species, third behind Queen Elizabeth National Park and Murchison Falls National Park for its mammal diversity. 28 of the 86 species of mammals in Kidepo Valley National Park are not found anywhere else in Uganda’s national parks.
Some of the animals unique to this park include striped hyena, Aardwolf, greater and lesser Kudu, Klipspringer, Dik-dik, Bright’s Gazelle, and Chandler’s mountain reedbuck. Other large mammals here include, African elephants, Zebra, Buffaloes, Waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest, Lions, leopards, and both black-backed and side-striped jackals are found here. Return to the lodge for lunch and later go for an evening game drive for more chances of the wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast at your lodge, check out and begin your journey back to Kampala/Entebbe. The drive from Kidepo Valley National Park to Kampala typically takes about 8-10 hours, so be prepared for a long but scenic drive through Uganda’s beautiful countryside.
You’ll stop for lunch en route, and along the way, you’ll pass through vibrant local villages and lush landscapes, providing a glimpse into the heart of Uganda.
Arrive in Entebbe later in the evening, where your driver will drop you off at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable adventure in the wilds of Uganda.
