Day 1

The road shuttle takes the morning to arrive at lunch time before the afternoon game drive

The shared road shuttle take 5-6 hours with a couple of stops and arrives in Kruger area close to Hoedspruit around lunch time
A guide from nDzuti bush camp will meet your shuttle at the reserve gate and transfer you a short distance to the tented bush camp that is to be your base for 3 nights. The four tents stand erected each on a solid base and have sturdy beds with fine linen, luggage racks and patio furniture facing out onto the waterhole. The adjacent bathroom is complete with flushing loo and hot shower.
Lunch is served upon arrival and then relax in the unfenced camp until " game drive time". Afternoon game drives are about three hours and depart as the day cools down and animals begin to move about more.
As the sun sets, we will stop for a traditional sundowner, a drink to toast the sunset. Then we'll set off once more for a short 'Night drive" viewing animals with the handheld spotlight.

Day 2

A Full-Day Safari Exploring the Central Area of Kruger Park from Letaba Rest camp to Olifants

A Full-Day Safari Exploring the Central Area of Kruger Park from Letaba Rest camp to Olifants

We set off at dawn and head East into the national park and the south after crossing the Olifants and out onto the open plain. Herds of wildebeest and zebra are common on the savannah and the rare cheetah can sometimes be sighted. Animals congregate around the waterholes during the middle of the day.
The full-day journey in the park takes us through many different vegetation types so we can benefit from viewing different birds and animals found in these habitats. At Letaba Camp, there is an elephant museum that is well worth a visit and we can lunch here from the a la carte menu while watching animals along the wide sandy Letaba River. We'll then head west with the sunset to the Phalaborwa Gate and then head home to the bush-camp in Balule Game Reserve, not far away.

Day 3

Morning and Afternoon Safari in Greater Kruger Park From the Tented Bushcamp

Morning and Afternoon Safari in Greater Kruger Park From the Tented Bushcamp

Today we'll enjoy morning and afternoon game drives at ease. We'll head out and about, at dusk and dawn when the wildlife is most active. Explore this vast 12000ha area at leisure, always taking a box of drinks and snacks with us. Visit waterholes and enjoy the endless vistas from the crests of hills and meander along next to the Olifants River. A full breakfast is served in camps and then relax in the shady grounds of the unfenced camp keeping an eye on the waterhole in front of the tents. The camp has a small splash pool and a platform lounge area where bird watching is rewarding. A hot shower can be an event enjoyed in your private bathroom out under African skies.
A light lunch is served. Our section of Balule is well known for its exciting lion dynamics and elephants are plentiful, however, no wild animal sightings can ever be guaranteed. A sundowner stop is a ritual to salute the setting sun on the afternoon drive. A crackling fire, a hot shower and dinner under the stars await.
