½-Day Mikumi National Park - Halfday Tour

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Early morning of this day around 04:00 AM you will be picked up from your destination in Dar es Salaam to start your trip to Mikumi National Park. you will have a short stops in several areas on your way, then continue with a drive to Mikumi National Park. When you arrive in Mikumi you will be checked in and start game drives with lunch boxes taken within the park. It takes up to 5 or 6 hours of drive to Mikumi. Game drives will continue till around 16:00 hours where by you will start driving back to Dar es Salaam (game drive time can be customized depends to your flight or boat departure time, if any). In Mikumi expect to see animals such as Lions, Buffalos, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, elephants, hippos and more than 300 bird species, after a game drive depart back to Dar-Es-Salaam, upon your arrival in Dar es Salaam you will be taken back to the airport or hotel and that will be an end of your day trip.
