Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we depart to Ngorongoro crater. Arriving at the edge of the Crater our eyes are welcomed by the breath-taking views of the intact volcanic caldera and home to the highest density of big game in Africa. Savannah, pockets of acacia woodland and glistening lakes and swamps. It is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve which is home to some of the densest large mammal populations. The drive down into the Crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the Crater floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which with luck can be spotted in the open grasslands.
After picnic lunch at Ngorongoro we ascend up the edges of the crater and then an en-route game drive to Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.

Serengeri National Park

After breakfast, Spend full day in the park. Serengeti National Park's resident wildlife numbers are exceptional with pride of lion up to 30 strong, however, from July to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note - to actually finding a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck. Late evening return to the Camp for dinner and overnight at Lodge.

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your private safari guide and drive back to Karatu, You will have packed lunch on the way with drinks, snack and water. You will have pitstops on the way to get some souvenirs for your family back home. Later arriving at your hotel.
