In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi and drive to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds. Migratory wildebeest, zebra, and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch. Late afternoon you will drive to the outskirts of the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Serengeti national park

Today you drive to one of the most famous game parks in Africa, the Serengeti! Known to
host one of the most amazing wildlife spectacles on earth – the great migration of wildebeest and zebra – the Serengeti’s vast plains are also home to a haven of other wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, leopards and many other predators. On the way to Serengeti, you will stop by Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important pale anthropological sites in the world. Olduvai George is the prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey discovered the remains of Homo habilis (“Handy man”) regarded as mankind’s first step on the path of human evolution. Here you will witness the place occupied by the first human species 1.9 million years ago. Enjoy awesome game drive and in the late afternoon you will drive to the campsite in Serengeti for having hot shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 3

This morning, after enjoying a beautiful Serengeti sunrise, you will catch a glimpse of lions and other predators on their morning hunt during your first game drive. After brunch, you will then leave the park and go for the final game drive while on your way to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's seven natural wonders! Before dinner is served, enjoy awesome views of the crater below.
Overnight stay on top of rim of the Ngorongoro Crater at the Simba Campsite.
Optional one hour balloon ride over the Serengeti.

Day 4

Today you’ll rise early in the morning to descend the 600m high walls to the floor of the crater and get up close with one of Africa's seven natural wonders! Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is considered one of the most beautiful and unique places in Africa. Here you will find a haven of African wildlife and with high chance to witness the endangered Rhino! And other big five animals. In the afternoon, you will have the chance to stop at a Maasai village on the Ngorongoro Highlands. On this tour, you can expect to learn about the Maasai religious beliefs, culture and lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to enter into one of their traditional dwellings and hear them sing and dance (and join in if you wish) and see their famous jumping abilities.

Day 5

In the morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park; this is located within the Great Rift Valley. Upon your arrival to Manyara you will be welcomed by the Great Rift Valley Escarpment view and fun makers’ baboon at the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara boasts a spectacular setting, famous for its tree-climbing lions and soda-ash Lake. Blessed with its forest habitat, harboring elephants, giraffes, baboons, blue monkeys and bushbuck, just to name a few. The park also provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. The shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants. You will enjoy a picnic lunch, and late afternoon; depart to Moshi where you will prepare for your flight back home or your journey to Zanzibar.
