Day 1

On this first day and the beginning day of your classic safari, your driver will meet you at the airport or Nairobi Hotel and brief you about the entire safari, and then embark on your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is approximately a drive of 3-4 hours. You'll pass through the Great Rift Valley Escarpment and stop for photography and scenic views of the Escarpment, which stretches from the Middle East in the north to Mozambique in the south. The area is geologically active and features volcanoes, hot springs, and geysers. You'll arrive in time for check-in and have lunch. You can catch a siesta or freshen up and later head to an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. It's home to migratory flamingoes and about 350 other bird species. The park is also a haven for the endangered black and white rhino species.
Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, check out and enjoy enroute game drives of Lake Nakuru National Park before leaving for the Masai Mara. The drive from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara is around 5 hours. You'll arrive at Zebra Plains Mara Camp in time for check-in and lunch. After lunch and relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive until sunset.
Return to the Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will head out to a full-day game drive, returning in the evening. Your driver/guide will ensure a picnic lunch is packed for you when you leave in the morning. He will surely get you a scenic spot to have your meal against the backdrop of the serene African savannah.
The vast Masai Mara is home to abundant wildlife, and you'll be spoilt for choice if you have brought your camera along. Ensure to stay hydrated throughout the day since it gets scorching out here! You'll be almost sure to see all of Africa's Big Five and most likely witness one of the big cat species on the hunt!
Later, you will return to Zebra Plains in the evening for an arranged bush nature walk with an experienced and knowledgeable guide in a wildlife conservation area. You'll get to see the animals and plants of the region up close and learn about their habits and behaviors.

Day 4

After a leisurely breakfast at your lodge/camp, your dedicated driver guide will assist you with the checkout process and proceed to Nairobi – Kenya's colorful capital city. On the way, you'll pass through a masai village, allowing you to experience their authentic cultural values and beliefs. You'll have an opportunity to buy some souvenirs.
You'll arrive in Nairobi in time for lunch. After a sumptuous lunch, your driver will drop you off at the airport for your flight back home or at your Nairobi Hotel.
