Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

On arrival at the international airport, you will be met by our representative and guided to board your waiting vehicle.
After an introduction to your driver guide and a short briefing on your safari, you will start immediately and drive to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. En route, you will make stops for washrooms and for site seeing like the Great Rift Valley Viewing point. You will also learn about the locals and their economic activities.
You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch and early afternoon relaxing at the lodge, you will proceed for an afternoon game drive at the park. A game drive in the Mara is a thrilling, breathtaking and exciting experience. On a lucky day, you may be able to spot the Big Five as well as other wildlife found in the Mara.
If coming during the migration season, the wildebeest migration will be a big attraction as well as the predators that follow the migrations. Later, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day you will spend the whole day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. If coming during the migration season, spend the whole day in the park tracking the migrations. You will be treated to front-row seats as you experience one of the greatest shows on earth—the wildebeest migrations.
Named a natural wonder, the wild the wildebeest migration is a spectacular event that should be witnessed at least once in a lifetime. The wildebeest migrate from Serengeti to the Masai Mara in search of green pastures. The journey is a dangerous one as they have to cross the crocodile-invested Mara River. Thousands die while crossing the river the carcasses are fed on by the crocodile for months. Those that make it to the other side are not lucky either as the predators take advantage of the weak ones to make prey of them.
It is a classic example of the jungle phrase "survival for the fittest".

Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast at the lodge, you will drive back to Nairobi arriving early in the afternoon.
Time allowing and dependent on your flight timings, you will take optional activities in Nairobi before transferring back to the International airport for an onward flight. Alternatively, you can be dropped off at your Nairobi accommodation.
