Visit The Genocide Memorial | Travel To Akagera National Park | Boat Ride | Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, we drive to Kigali and embark on a city tour visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial site, where you will get a brief history of Rwanda.
After that, we will drive you to Akagera National Park. Then, you will check in for lunch. After lunch, you will have a short game drive on your way to a boat cruise.
In the recent past, the park has made great conservation strides by engaging the community through community tours. In addition, with the re-introduction of lions, the numbers of the Big Five are increasing daily.
The park hosts several big mammals, the most sought-after being lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and hippos, which will provide great photographic moments.

Morning And Evening Game Drives In Akagera National Park
After breakfast, you will start your day with an early morning game drive around the park's thick and hilly southern part. The hilly region will give you great views of this park's lakes, hills, and valleys. With the guidance of your site guide, you will be searching for big mammals like elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, several antelope species, and recently the re-introduced lions and rhinos. However, this game drive will end based on the weather by midday, when it's too hot to see animals as they hide under the trees.
After the morning game drive, you will return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, you will rest and prepare for the short evening game drive. This game drive takes about 2 hours. By this time, animals are expected to start coming out of the bushes to the open areas. So let's see what nature has in store for us today! After this evening game drive, we will drive you back to your hotel.

Morning Game Drive In Akagera National Park | Return To Kigali
We arise early and leave for a game drive in Akagera National Park after breakfast. We will search for big mammals like elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, several antelope species, and recently the re-introduced lions and rhinos. The park is a varied habitat for wildlife and a birder's haven with over 500 bird species.
At around midday, we drive back to Kigali. You will have lunch on your way to Kigali.

After breakfast, we will drive northwards to Volcanoes National Park. On arrival in Musanze (Ruhengeri), you will visit the Dian Fossey Center (Karisoke Research Center).
In the evening, you will visit the Iby’iwacu village for community interaction and to enjoy the Rwandan culture, which includes traditional dancing.

Golden Monkey Trekking | Last day In Rwanda | Travel To Uganda
After breakfast, you will assemble at the Volcanoes National Park's headquarters for a briefing in the morning with your trekking gear and drinking water and venture into the forest to track the golden monkeys. While participating in golden money trekking, you will learn interesting facts about golden monkeys that will make your Rwandan tour most enjoyable.
After lunch, we will drive to Uganda and then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the famous mountain gorillas.
You will have lunch on the way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or at your accommodation. Then, finally, you will check in at the resort to prepare for another highlight of this amazing trip.

Gorilla Trekking | Birding | Batwa Cultural Interaction And Community Walk
After an early morning breakfast, you will head to the park's head office with your guide and have a briefing about the do's and don'ts while in the park with gorillas.
Now it is time to head for gorilla trekking through the misty rainforest! Trekking can take between 2 hours or up to 6 hours, depending on the gentle giants' location. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to over 346 bird species, 120 mammal species, 400 plant species, and 27 frog species and covers an area of 331 sq km. Ensure you carry enough water, sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, and rain jackets.
At the end of this long and exciting adventure, you will return to the resort for a well-deserved shower before having lunch.
You will head out for a community walk to visit the Batwa in the evening. These indigenous people have lived in the forest for 60 000 years (statistics according to anthropologists) to enjoy traditional dances and drama.

After an early breakfast, we will depart at 6:00am for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park to catch the lions hunting in the morning. We also expect to see the Uganda kob, elephants, buffalos, warthogs, leopards, and waterbucks.
After lunch, head out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. Expect to see large numbers of buffalos, elephants, and hippos. Then after, go back to your lodge.

Travel To Fort Portal | Hiking | Crater Lakes Tour | Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves
After breakfast at the lodge, we will drive you to Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro kingdom, situated in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon, the Rwenzori Mountains.
We will depart from Kampala at 6:30am, passing through tea plantations and the lush green countryside which characterizes Uganda.
You will have a walk at the edge of a rare twinned-volcanic crater lake, Lake Kyaninga. The lake offers spectacular walks right on your doorstep! Take a guided walk around the rim of the crater lake and see it in all of its majesty.
In Kyaninga, you can tour the local villages and gain a fascinating insight into rural Ugandan life.
You will visit the Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves and the three surrounding explosion crater lakes. A side trip to the Amabere Caves and the three nearby crater lakes will be a time of hiking, learning about the local culture and legends, and a hike around three crater lakes.

Chimpanzee Tracking | Visit The Bigodi Swamp
You will wake up very early and have breakfast. The tracking will start early and it takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the location of the chimpanzees.
After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and visit Bigodi Swamp. This beautiful area in the rainforest has an abundance of animals—monkeys, birds, and maybe forest elephants.

Travel To Murchison Falls National Park | Short Evening Game Drive
After an early breakfast, you will depart to Murchison Falls National Park through Kibale, then Hoima.
The Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda’s largest protected area, home to more than 73 animal species, including buffaloes, leopards, lions, and elephants, and 3/4 of the world’s population of Rothschild giraffes plus a healthy population of other herbivores.
On your arrival in Murchison Falls National Park, you will go for an evening game drive then head back to your lodge.

Morning Game Drive | Boat Cruise | Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, you will have a morning game. The famous Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda's largest protected area. Besides being home to many animal species, there are about 451 bird species, of which 23 are endemic to the Albertine Rift.
After the morning game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, you will embark (between 2:00pm - 4:00pm) on a 3-hour boat cruise on the Nile.
This boat cruise offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the river's shores.
Finally, you will return to the lodge for an evening game drive.

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the top of the falls, where you will hike from the top to the bottom.
It is an exciting experience that brings you close to the rushing whitewater as it squeezes through the narrow crevice below. The mist from the turbulence often produces rainbows.
On your way to Kampala, you will visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. Tracking the endangered white rhinos is an awesome activity at the sanctuary, you will definitely enjoy yourself. After the rhino tracking, we will drive to Kampala.

Lake Naivasha National Park is arguably one of the main attractions in Kenya. For one, it is a gateway to a variety of wildlife. A boat excursion with your family will give you spectacular views of flamingoes, hippos, and fish eagles.

After breakfast, you will go bike riding at Hell's Gate National Park for about 2 hours.
After bike riding, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving at your lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, you will head out for an evening game drive.
Lake Nakuru National Park's claim to fame is anchored on its flamingos and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance, the lake appears ringed in pink.
Lake Nakuru National Park has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species, particularly the Rothschild giraffe and the black and white rhino. In addition, lions, waterbuck, buffalo, and baboons are all residents here.

Morning Game Drive | Travel To Maasai Mara National Reserve | Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive. Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya’s renown soda lakes and is world-famous for attracting millions of flamingos to its alkaline waters. The legions of fuchsia-pink flamingos feeding on the abundant algae that grow in the warm and shallow waters is a sight to behold.
After the morning drive, you will be transferred to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will pass through the rift valley floor arriving in the evening.
On arrival, you will have an evening game drive. You will quickly see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopards, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.
In the Maasai Mara National Reserve, perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world occurs. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in Tanzania in search of water and greener pastures.

An early morning balloon safari (US $490 per person) can be organized (optional activity) before we proceed with the scheduled program.
We recommend that travelers book a balloon safari in advance. Unfortunately, we have limited capacity, and this adventure is frequently fully booked.
After breakfast, we will spend a half-day in the reserve searching for well-known predators and their prey. We will look for zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, lion, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, and other animal species. You will have a packed lunch.
You will visit the local Maasai village in the afternoon for a cultural tour. Here you will learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people.
After the Maasai village tour, you will have an evening game drive. The Masai Mara National Reserve offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.

The Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest national park, renowned for the great annual migration when millions of antelope, mostly wildebeest, migrate to Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve. This epic, seasonal journey is a deeply moving experience and a wonderful photo opportunity. Visitors to the park can roam its sprawling plains during the game drives or hop into a hot air balloon for a once-in-a-lifetime wilderness adventure.
Our guides will choose the best animal spotting locations for the specific time of year. We will also spend time at the hippo pool, watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water, happily living alongside the crocodiles. We might even see large lion prides!
