Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be picked up and taken for a Covid-19 test ($60USD per person). Afterward, you'll head out for a city tour, starting with a visit to the Genocide Memorial Site, which provides a glimpse into the country's history. Lunch will be served en route. Afterward, you will visit the Iby’iwacu Cultural Village, a non-profit organization aimed at improving the lives of reformed poachers and the communities surrounding Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. Here, you will enjoy Rwandan culture, including traditional dance performances. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast, you will gather at the park headquarters for a morning briefing, equipped with your trekking gear and drinking water, before ascending into the forest for a gorilla trekking experience. Volcanoes National Park is renowned for its exceptional primate safaris, where visitors can observe a variety of primate species.
The park is home to twelve fully habituated gorilla families, with a few others reserved for scientific research. Each family typically includes at least one silverback, several females, and younger members. The families are known as Susa, Igisha, Karisimbi, Sabyinyo, Amahoro, Agashya, Kwitonda, Umubano, Hirwa, Bwenge, Ugyenda, and Muhoza.
After the gorilla trek, you will visit the Dian Fossey Center. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Volcanoes National Park - Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, you will drive to Kigali Airport for your scheduled flight to either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport in Tanzania. Upon arrival, a Kubwa Five Safaris representative will meet you at the airport, holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification.
From the airport, you will be driven to Serengeti National Park, arriving at your hotel in the afternoon. Once settled in, you will embark on an evening game drive to explore the wildlife.

The park is also famous for its role in the annual Great Migration, during which around three million antelope, primarily wildebeest, migrate to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater highlands, which are located on the southern side of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, for a game drive. In this unique ecosystem, you will have the chance to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, flamingos, and numerous bird species, among others.

Maasai Village Tour
After breakfast, you will drive to a Maasai village for a tour and cultural interaction. Here, you will learn more about the Maasai people through stories shared by the community, and you may also enjoy or even participate in their traditional dance. In the late afternoon, you will return to the lodge for a hot lunch.

Lake Manyara National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you’ll travel to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving around 10:00am for a game drive. Lake Manyara is renowned for its remarkable biodiversity, encompassing five distinct ecosystems. The park is home to over 380 bird species and a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs, and many more.

Lake Manyara National Park - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will head towards Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant population and its migratory cycle, which features thousands of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras.
The park gets its name from the Tarangire River, which flows through it. Tarangire is particularly spectacular during the dry season (June to November) when wildlife concentrations rival those of the Serengeti. Large populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River, their only water source. With its diverse habitats and permanent water supply, Tarangire is home to over 2,000 elephants and 500 bird species.

After a leisurely breakfast, you will drive to Arusha town for some last-minute shopping and lunch. Then, you'll head towards Moshi for sightseeing around Mount Kilimanjaro. In the evening, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
