Upon arrival in Uganda, a representative from Kubwa Five Safaris will meet you at Entebbe International Airport in the morning. You will be driven to Lake Mburo National Park, stopping at the Equator. Here, you can take photos and purchase souvenirs and snacks. Afterward, enjoy lunch at the hotel and a launch boat cruise on the lake. This cruise offers a chance to see over 300 hippos and various water birds, African crocodiles, waterbuck, and buffaloes. Following the cruise, there will be an evening game drive. Finally, return to Rangeland Mburo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Walking Safari | Morning Game Drive | Horse Riding Safari
Start your day with an early breakfast before heading out for a morning walking safari in Lake Mburo National Park. This is a magical way to experience the park's bush trails.
After the walking safari, you can choose between a bicycle safari or horse riding to explore the park further (if time allows, you can enjoy a horse ride after the biking safari). Lake Mburo National Park's rich diversity, thanks to its savannah vegetation, woodlands, and seasonal and permanent swamps, makes it a habitat for a wide range of wildlife and bird species.
After the morning activities, return to the lodge for lunch and then relax until evening.

Travel to Lake Bunyonyi | Ninja Warrior | Zip-Lining
After breakfast, you will be driven to Lake Bunyonyi. This lake is surrounded by lush, green terraced hills that reach a height of 2,200 to 2,478 meters (7,220 to 8,130 miles). It is probably the second deepest lake in Africa and one of the few African lakes completely safe for swimming, as there is no bilharzia.
After lunch, you will head out for zip-lining over the lake. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Ninja Warrior activity to stretch your muscles.

Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable NP
After having breakfast, you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the famous mountain gorillas. Did you know that Uganda has the highest percentage of mountain gorillas worldwide? Currently, less than 1,200 mountain gorillas are left in the world, and almost half of the population resides in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda, the Pearl of Africa. Gorilla trekking is one of the top activities while on a safari.
You will have lunch on your way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and then check in at your lodge to prepare for tracking mountain gorillas.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort Campsite.

Gorilla Trekking, Birding | Batwa Cultural Interaction and Community Walk
After having a cup of tea, proceed to the park headquarters with your guide for a briefing on the do's and don'ts while visiting the gorillas at the park.
Then, you will head out for gorilla trekking through the misty rainforest. The trek can last anywhere between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to over 346 bird species, 120 mammal species, 400 plant species, and 27 frog species and covers an area of 331km² (128mi²).
Make sure to bring enough water, sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, and rain jackets for the trek.
After this exciting adventure, return to our lodge for a well-deserved shower and lunch.
In the evening, take a community walk to visit the Batwa, an indigenous group that has lived in the forest for 500,000 years. Enjoy the traditional dances and drama they perform.

Travel to Ishasha for Tree-Climbing Lion Tracking | Evening Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth NP
After having an early morning breakfast, you will be taken to the Ishasha sector to see the tree-climbing lions. The Ishasha sector is well-known for its unique attraction of tree-climbing lions, a highlight of safaris in Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the southern part of the park, you can sometimes see lions hanging out on branches of enormous fig trees while Uganda kob graze in the plains of the Ishasha sector.
Upon arrival in Ishasha, the first stop will be to try to spot the lions in one of the large trees. After a game drive in Ishasha, the next destination will be Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda's most popular tourist destination.
In the evening, there will be a game drive to try to see lions hunt. Then, dinner and overnight stay will be at Engiri Game Lodge.

Morning Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth NP | Boat Ride | Relaxation in the Evening
We depart at 6:00am for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, with the aim of observing lions hunting in the morning. We also anticipate seeing Uganda kob, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, leopards, and waterbuck.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is the largest biotic area in Africa. It provides a habitat for a variety of flora and fauna, including hippos, tree-climbing lions, elephants, swamp antelope, Uganda kobs, topis, waterbuck, bushbuck, reedbuck, duikers, and many other animal species. It is home to over 95 mammals and over 600 birds, making it Uganda's most popular tourist destination.
Following lunch, you will embark on a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which links Lake Edward and Lake George. During the cruise, expect to see large numbers of buffaloes, elephants, and hippos.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at Engiri Game Lodge.

Travel to Fort Portal | Hiking | Crater Lakes Tour | Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro Kingdom. Depart from Kampala at 6:30am. The last hour of the journey will take you through dense forests and the sounds of the wild.
You will see the Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru and the three surrounding explosion crater lakes during the visit. Additionally, there will be a side trip to the caves and the three nearby crater lakes, where you can hike and learn about the local culture and legends of King Isaza and others.
You will have dinner and spend the night at Kibale Forest Camp (Safari Tent).

Chimpanzee Tracking | Travel to Semliki NP | Sempaya Hot Springs
The tracking will commence early and take about two to three hours, depending on the location of the chimps. After the activity, you will return to the resort for lunch and visit Bigodi Swamp. This beautiful rainforest area is home to various animals, including monkeys, birds, and possibly forest elephants.
After the trek, you will return to the resort for lunch and then be driven to Semiliki National Park. Upon arrival at the park, you will go on a nature walk.
The park is home to 53 mammal species, 27 of which are large mammals, and 11 unique to the park, including the pygmy antelope and two species of flying squirrels.
You will also have the opportunity to visit Sempaya Hot Springs, the park's main attraction and a highlight of our safari. The hot and strong springs are astonishing, and one can even boil eggs and matooke in just a few minutes, making them ready to eat!

Travel to Murchison Falls National Park | Top of the Falls Tour |Short Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, you will depart to Murchison Falls National Park through Kibale, then Hoima.
The park is Uganda's largest protected area, home to more than 73 animal species, including buffaloes, leopards, lions, and elephants, 3/4 of the world's population of Rothschild giraffes, plus a healthy population of herbivores.
In addition to 451 bird species, including 23 Albertine Rift endemics.
On arrival at the park, you will go to the top of the falls. This exciting experience brings you very close to the rushing whitewater as it squeezes itself through the narrow crevice below. The resulting mist from the turbulence often produces rainbows.
You will have a short evening game drive to the lodge.

The safari will begin very early in the morning at 5:45am, starting with a morning game drive in the northern Nile Delta.
During the game drive, you can enjoy bird watching and sightseeing across the open savannah, dotted woodland, and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert Delta.
After the game drive, you will return to your hotel for an early lunch.
You will embark on a three-hour boat cruise on the Nile in the afternoon.
Following the boat ride, you will go on an evening game drive to spot additional animals you might have missed during the morning game drive.

Transfer to Kidepo Valley NP
You will have breakfast at 5:45am and depart at 6:00 am. You will be driven to Kidepo Valley National Park.
Kidepo Valley National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including possibly Africa's largest herds of Nile buffaloes, Burchell's zebras, lions, elephants, oribi, klipspringers, Uganda kob, greater and lesser kudu, warthogs, bush pigs, topi, Grant's gazelle, eland, bushbuck, common duiker, bush dusker, roan antelope, beisa oryx, dik-dik, defassa waterbuck, Jackson's hartebeest, chandlers and many others.
Afterward, have dinner and stay overnight at Apoka Rest Camp.

Kidepo Morning Game Drive | Cultural Interaction and Community Walk | Evening Game Drive

Leave Kidepo Valley NP | Travel to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Tracking
After having breakfast, you will travel through the remote areas of Uganda, passing villages and grass-thatched houses visible from the window of the safari vehicle. You will have the opportunity to witness the wild, domestic, and cultural richness of this beautiful part of Africa and experience its lush vegetation.
On your way to Kampala, you will make a detour to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rhino tracking experience, which is one of the awe-inspiring activities offered in Uganda, also known as the 'Pearl of Africa.'
Following the rhino tracking, you will travel to Kampala.
You will then have dinner and spend the night at Amuka Safari Lodge.

Travel to River Nile | Boat Ride to the Source of the Nile River
You will depart for Jinja at 6:00am with a packed breakfast. You will be driven to Jinja and have lunch on the way.
Upon arrival in Jinja, you will take a boat ride to the source of the Nile River. The Nile River finds its source in Jinja, where it starts its 4,000km (2,485mi) journey through different African countries.
Afterward, dinner and overnight stay will be at Brisk Hotel Triangle.

Optional Activities (Whitewater Rafting, Horse Ride)| Relax at the Lodge
On this day, you can choose between two activities: whitewater rafting or horseback riding. You will select one of the two activities.
Whitewater rafting on the rapids offers an adventurous and unforgettable experience. Alternatively, horseback riding will take you on a tour of communities in Jinja.
After whitewater rafting or horseback riding, you will check in at your hotel for lunch.
You will then have dinner and spend the night at Brisk Hotel Triangle, which features an outdoor swimming pool, spa center, lake views, and other amenities.
