1-Day Road Trip to Masai Mara National Reserve

• You'll be collected from the airport.

We will pick you up at 5:00am from your residence in Nairobi, a hotel, or the airport. We drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve with a stop for breakfast at a hotel outside the serve. Our local guide will meet you at the hotel, where the full day of game viewing starts.

You will search for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and other wildlife. Then, enjoy amazing views of the savannah as you drive south towards the world-famous Mara River, where, depending on the time of travel (July to September), you will see the annual wildebeest migration. A picnic lunch on the bank of the Mara River awaits as you search for hippos and crocodiles.

After lunch, continue with the game drive, taking photos of the incredible landscape and wildlife. As you drive out of the reserve, we will visit a Masai Village for a cultural experience. Finally, we will return to Nairobi and drop you off at the airport, a hotel, or your residence.
