Johannesburg to the Tshukudu Bush Lodge

Guests are picked up early in Johannesburg from any hotel or the Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport and driven to Pilanesberg Game Reserve. After exploring the game reserve for a few hours, they arrive at Tshukudu Bush Lodge at midday. They have a light lunch and relax before it’s time to depart for a late-afternoon game drive in the reserve. Game drives are in an open safari vehicle with a professional ranger. They return to the lodge as the sun is setting and enjoy a hearty dinner.

Set off early after hot beverages for a 3-hour sunrise game drive in the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the rest of the day at the pool or in your suite. Enjoy a light lunch and relaxation before it’s time to depart for the late afternoon game drive. End your day with a delicious dinner in the restaurant or outdoor boma on warm evenings.

Safari Drives and Return to Johannesburg

Wake up early for hot beverages and depart for a 3-hour sunrise game drive in the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. Return for a hearty breakfast. Pack up and be ready for collection between 11h00 and 11h30 for a closed vehicle (minivan) game drive in the reserve. Depart mid-afternoon between 15h00 – 15h15 for the return journey to Johannesburg.
