Day 1

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll leave for Masai Mara National Reserve. You'll arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you will embark on your first Mara game drive, tracking the various animal species and birds that inhabit the area with your driver-guide until sunset.

Day 2

After breakfast, you'll leave for a full-day game drive carrying a packed picnic lunch. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion and is one of the few places where you have the chance to see the Big Five during an early morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under safari vehicles, and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these are 16 species of eagle, plus many hawk and falcon, 6 species of vulture, 8 species of stork, 4 of bustard, and 9 species of sunbird.

Day 3

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a short stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Thereafter, you'll proceed to Lake Nakuru. You'll arrive in good time for lunch and rest. After lunch, you'll head for an afternoon game drive. This lovely reserve is pleasing to the eye with its forests and acacia trees. Some flamingos dot the lakeshore as well as kingfishers, ostriches, and raptors like herons and eagles. You will also spot rhinos in the protected sanctuary here and be on the lookout for the rare Rothschild’s giraffe nibbling at the branches above. You'll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you'll leave Lake Nakuru National Park with a short game drive en route as you head to Lake Naivasha. You'll arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch and afternoon rest. In the afternoon, an optional boat ride safari and a visit to the Crescent Island can be arranged at an extra cost. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow-barked Acacia Xanthophloea, known as the yellow fever tree, whereby these forests abound with birdlife, and Naivasha is known as a world-class birding destination. The waters of the lake draw a great range of games to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps, and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lake's large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows.

Day 5

After breakfast, you'll leave for Amboseli National Park to arrive in good time for lunch and rest at your camp. In the afternoon, you will head for a game drive, to explore the Amboseli ecosystem with a backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro clearly seen in the evening hours before sunset and early morning before sunrise.

Day 6

After breakfast, you'll take your packed lunch at the reception and leave for a full-day game drive at the park. Get some amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up over the summit. Here to be spotted are the big cats as well as the herds of African elephants. You'll explore this amazing Kenya pride for the whole day.

Day 7

Today, you will wake up for an early buffet breakfast and then check out of your lodge. You'll have a morning game drive, then proceed to Tsavo West National Park. On entering the park, you'll proceed with a game drive en route to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge, arriving in time for lunch. You'll enjoy afternoon game drives, including a visit to Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary.

Day 8

After breakfast, you'll leave with your packed lunch for a full-day game drive at the park. The savannah ecosystem comprises open grasslands, scrublands, and acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation, and rocky ridges, including the Poacher's Lookout, where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below. From the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out from the underparched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs. You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
