Ngorongoro Crater tour – back to Arusha

On our last day, we start very early in the morning. Equipped with a picnic lunch, we descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor in our 4-wheel-drive vehicle for game viewing to explore this "Garden of Eden". Ngorongoro is a huge and deep volcanic crater. There’s rich pasture, swamps, forest, and permanent water on the crater floor, so the wildlife here is diverse and numerous.

Up to 25,000 large animals live here. This is the best opportunity to see the black rhino and many other rare species, like the black-maned lion. We will have a fantastic day, and you will see wildlife at its best. In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha where you will be dropped off at your booked hotel or Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport.

Main Destination:
Ngorongoro Crater
Best Time To Visit June to October (Wildlife viewing is best)
High Season Most of the year – July to March (Expect crowds)
