Chobe National Park

At 08h30, you will be picked up from your hotel in Kasane. Please note that we also arrange transfers to pick you up from Livingstone in Zambia or Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. You will start with a 3-hour boat cruise whereafter you will go to Chobe Safari Lodge for a buffet lunch. At 14h30, you will go for a game drive with a 4x4 vehicle. After the game drive at 18h30, you will arrive at the campsite inside Chobe National Park.

Please note that the size of the tents is 4x4m. You will sleep on normal beds and each tent has a private veranda and bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. The staff will take care of all the camp chores.

Chobe National Park to Savuti

After breakfast, you will take off for a morning game drive to Savuti. Here you will explore the area in search of wildlife. After you stop for lunch, you will take part in another short game drive in Savuti where you may see zebra and experience the wildebeest migration. Later in the evening, you will head to the campsite in the middle of the mighty Savuti which is on the western side of Chobe. Here, you will have a shower (hot or cold) and dinner.

Please note that the size of the tents is 4x4m. You will sleep on normal beds and each tent has a private veranda and bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. The staff will take care of all the camp chores.

Savuti

After breakfast, you will take off for a morning game drive in the Savuti Marsh where you will search for large cats like lions and leopards. This area is where you will visit the Bushmen's rock paintings and experience an amazing African sunset. You will return to the camp later in the day for dinner and your overnight stay.

Moremi Game Reserve

After breakfast, you will check out and head off for a morning game drive on your way to Moremi in the Okavango Delta for two nights. You will arrive at the camp in the late afternoon where you will be welcomed by our camp staff. Once you have settled in, we meet around the fire or main camp area for a safety briefing, camp procedures, and safari etiquette. There is an opportunity to shower, relax and unwind while dinner is being prepared. After dinner, the evening under the African stars awaits.

Moremi and mokoro excursion

An early wake-up call invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and rusks at the main camp area overlooking pure wilderness. We depart on our early-morning game drive and should return to camp at about 10h30 to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast, take time out to read a book, siesta, or simply take in the majestic vistas and connect to nature.

A mokoro excursion during the afternoon awaits you (subject to the water levels). We leave the camp at 15h00 and meander and float smoothly on a mokoro (dug-out trunk without an engine). We paddle into the magical waterways of Khwai, enjoying the amazingly colorful and melodious sounds of birds with a rich aquatic world for about two hours. We then return to the camp.

Maun International Airport drop-off

Due to it being the last day, we allow you to have a slow morning start. The staff will start to pack up camp as we serve you some tea, coffee, and breakfast. We embark on a final game drive on our way out of the national park and head back to Maun. Along the way, we will stop to stretch our legs and enjoy some tea, coffee, soft drinks, and a snack. We ensure to have you back at Maun International Airport in time for your flight, giving you adequate time to check in and enjoy your last few hours in Botswana.
