In the morning, you will have breakfast, load your belongings into the safari Jeep, and head off to the Serengeti. You will have your lunch with you in the Jeep. During the journey, you will pass by the breathtaking Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Crater before reaching the Serengeti National Park in the evening.

Once in the Serengeti, you will watch the stunning sunset on an evening wildlife drive. One of the major attractions of the Serengeti is the great wildebeest migration, where 1.5 million herbivores and an array of predators move across the plains due to drought. Our guide will ensure you see some of this migration, including wildebeest, zebras, and other animals such as Grant's gazelle, Thomson's gazelle, eland, and impala.

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti

Today, you will wake up early and enjoy a full breakfast before embarking on your game drive in the Serengeti. Since you have a full day in the Serengeti, our driver will take you to the important places in the area.

We will ensure you experience the wildebeest migration in all its glory during your journey with Cubs Expeditions. The Great Migration varies yearly, but the best time to see it is from June to September, and the wildebeest calving season is from January to March.

For tours between July and September, our driver will take you to northern Serengeti, where you can witness the Great Migration as thousands of wildebeest cross the Mara River. Throughout the year, about a million and a half of these beautiful creatures roam, hunting for fresh grazing pasture and following the rainfall for better water sources. After your full-day game drive, you will return to your campsite.
