Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s top and most visited national parks. The park is famous for its impressive scenery, with the most notable being the view of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain dotted with snow. Other views include several unique vegetation types, such as savannah, swamps and woodland. Topped with the amazing topography, the presence of varied vegetation has, from time to time, been a huge support to the animal population.
Amboseli National Park is situated in the southern part of Kenya's Kajiado County. Kajiado South Constituency is 215km and 4 hours from Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city. The park occupies an area of 392,06km. The park is home to several wildlife and bird species, making it an amazing attraction. Some of the most notable wildlife species include elephants (a huge highlight), lions, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, and Thomson's gazelles, among others.
