Our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. After the game drive, you will head to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park. It is the only source of water for wild animals during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel. You will drive up to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and then continue crossing the Ngorongoro Highland up to the entrance of Serengeti National Park. You will start with the game drive and return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site occupying an area of around 15,000 square kilometers. With over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species, this area is filled with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope.

Serengeti - Ngorongoro Conservations Area
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a game drive with a picnic lunch. He will try to cover the best parts of Central Serengeti which you couldn’t cover on the first day. In the late afternoon, you will exit the Serengeti and drive up to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will overnight on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive up to the gates of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and then enter the crater. You will see a great number of animals living within the crater including lions, buffalos, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes, and if it’s your lucky day, you'll see a rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the crater lake. After the game drive, you drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
The crater is the world's largest caldera and was formed after an explosion that occurred approximately 2 to 3 million years ago. The crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level. The area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.
