Day 1

Nairobi International Airport to Arusha National Park

Nairobi International Airport to Arusha National Park

Upon arrival at Nairobi International Airport, we will transfer you by road to the Namanga Border to complete the passport control process. From here, you will continue to Original Maasai Lodge and enjoy the sightseeing en route to your accommodation.

In the evening, you will have a Masaai cultural experience and relaxation in the unique and tranquil natural landscape, offering a view of Mount Meru, the sacred Mount Mukuru, and Mount Kilimanjaro. You will get to know the Maasai through the stories they tell around the campfire and be amazed at their spear-throwing abilities and traditional dances. The pool, massage rooms, sauna, and rest areas provide relaxation at the accommodation.

Day 2

Arusha National Park

Arusha National Park

After breakfast, an exciting day in Tanzania awaits! We will depart for Arusha National Park for a full-day game drive, a walking safari (with an armed ranger), and many photo opportunities. In addition, we will have lunch at a picnic site in the national park.

Arusha National Park is small compared to other more conventional safari destinations. The park does not host the Big Five, except for buffalos. Other animals, such as elephants, are rather uncommon, leopards scarce, and lions and rhinos absent altogether. Nevertheless, taken on its own terms, the park makes for a wonderful excursion from the self-styled-capital Arusha, less than an hour's drive away.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

We head for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive and lunch at a picnic site inside the national park. The game drive will proceed until late evening. During the game drive, you will have a chance to spot cheetahs, lions, leopards, buffalos, and a large number of giant elephants, baobab trees, wildebeest, eland, gazelle, impala, zebras, antelopes, giraffes, warthogs, and over 550 different bird species. Finally, we will transfer you to Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head to the world's most celebrated wildlife park, the Serengeti National Park. This national park is the true home of Africa's Big Five and one of the world's most spectacular scenes, the annual wildebeest and zebra migration. Finally, we will enjoy lunch at a picnic site in the national park.

The Serengeti National Park is a massive park with landscapes, environments, and wildlife that differ from others. Ideally, it is best to allow time to see a bit of every area in the park and allow for some rest days between all the activities. However, should your schedule only allows for a few days in the Serengeti National Park, you can rest assured that it will be a few of your life's most memorable days!

Ensure to get a good rest and recharge yourself for another eventful day that follows.

It is a stunning day in Serengeti National Park for a full day of exploring this World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife. Over 2 million ungulates, 4000 lions, 1000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15 000 square kilometers in size.

Lunch will be at a picnic site.

The wonderful experience will end late evening as we head towards the lodge, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits you. Ensure you rest well and recharge yourself for another eventful day that follows.

Enjoy an early breakfast before driving to Ngorongoro Crater for a remarkable wildlife experience! The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's premier tourist attractions, a world-renowned wonder, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 610m deep crater was formed millions of years ago when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed, creating a natural amphitheater. The caldera is home to over 30 000 animals, and you have a chance to witness the Big Five in their natural habitat.

Finally, you will ascend the crater and stop at a viewpoint on the rim. From here, we head to the lodge, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits us.

Ensure you get a good rest before the final day of the safari.
