2-Day Mount Bisoke Hike and Gorilla Trek in Volcanoes NP

Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

This tour begins with an early morning pickup at 4:00am by our company representative from either your hotel or Kigali International Airport. You will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park in Musanze Province.

You will arrive at the Volcanoes Park Offices by 7:00am, just in time for the morning briefing and registration before heading to the Mount Bisoke hike starting point. With your packed lunch and hiking gear ready, you will embark on a half-day hike to the volcano's summit. Enjoy your lunch at the top before returning to the starting point. After the hike, your guide will drop you off at your lodge.

Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Start your day with breakfast and make your way to the Kinigi Park offices by 7:00am. This timing allows you to attend the morning briefing on the code of conduct for tracking mountain gorillas. After the briefing, you will embark on locating these incredible creatures. You will have one hour to observe their behavior and take photographs and videos to capture this remarkable experience. After your time with the gorillas, return to the starting point to meet your guide, who will drop you off at either a hotel or Kigali International Airport.
