After breakfast, you will meet and greet and then be briefed on the 3 days of Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari by our driver at 7:00 am. You will then begin the 5-6 hours journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Towns of Masaka, Mbarara, & others.
There will be several stopovers including at the Uganda Equator along Masaka Road where you will be able to stand in both the northern and southern hemispheres. You'll also experiment with how water swirls in different directions when placed in the northern and southern hemispheres, take photos, and even buy some of the beautiful souvenirs. After your meals, you'll proceed with the journey. As you approach Bushenyi, you will be welcomed by the coolest air ever experienced in Uganda as well as the lush tea plantations on the hilly slopes of Igara and Ishaka, through the Kalinzu Forest Reserve until Queen Elizabeth National Park. You'll head straight to the lodge, and relax as you wait for the evening game drive.

Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise Along Kazinga Channel with Crater Lakes
You'll start the day with an early game drive. You'll see diverse animals such as Big Five, elephants, buffaloes, and warthogs. Hunchback carnivals like hyenas are spotted along the circuits. As you drive along, you'll see many more species that are residents of this park.
There is rich birdlife especially our version of storks in the wetland spots as you reach the flamingoes in the salt lakes at Kasenyi. After lunch, you'll get ready for the classic highlights on the 2-hour boat cruise on the famous Kazinga channel, a 36 km channel linking Lake George and Lake Edward. Here, you'll see land and water-adapted hippopotamuses yawning, the National Geographical Society killing machine, the Nile crocodiles gaping along the banks, and the savannah version of pigs the warthogs. With your binoculars along the peninsula, you will have a magnificent view of birds and animals like the ever-playing African elephants in the waters.

Chimp Trekking in Kyambura Gorge and Transfer to Entebbe
This morning you will go chimp trekking in Kyambura Gorge. You'll enjoy the walk through the forest and the fascinating meeting with the chimpanzees. After the trek, you'll embark on the drive back to Kampala with a stopover at the equator and lunch in Masaka. You will drive back through to Kampala as you reach the end of the 3-day Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari tour in Uganda. You will arrive in Kampala or Entebbe in the evening.
