After arriving at either Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, you'll depart to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with your packed picnic lunch. The park is located slightly off the main safari route, Tarangire National Park is a lovely quiet park in Northern Tanzania, the park has some of the highest population density of elephants as compared to anywhere in Tanzania, and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and distinctive location to visit. You'll venture into the park for a matter of hours leaving parts of Tarangire virtually untouched.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

Another must-see destination in Tanzania is the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, located in northern Tanzania. Thought to be the result of a volcanic explosion, this fertile valley is one the most beautiful natural wildlife safari destinations in the world and has even been named one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. The enclosed nature of the crater has created an ecosystem all of its own, resulting in some of the best opportunities to spot game. It also has the densest known population of lions. Buffalos, elephants, leopards, and rhinos can also be seen here, in addition to a host of other well-loved African classics like the ostrich, zebras, cheetahs, wildebeest, gazelles, and even hippos. After the extensive game viewing in the crater, you will drive to Serengeti for your dinner and overnight stay waiting for your epic adventure to continue on the following day.

You'll enjoy your breakfast in the Serengeti and head out for the game drive, The Great Migration is the most dramatic wildlife spectacle on the planet and there is only one place in the world where it takes place: Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Every year millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles make their way from the Ndutu region in the south of the Serengeti, across perilous river crossings and huge expanses of grassy plains, to reach fresh green grass that comes with seasonal rains as they move northwards. For many months of the year, the vast herds can be seen in different parts of the Serengeti: calving at the start of the year, river crossings in the middle of the year, and the return journey from the Masai Mara at year’s end and this makes the park visited throughout the year.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast at your accommodation, you will depart with your picnic lunch boxes to Lake Manyara National Park well known for the tree-climbing lions for the full-day game drive and photograph. Several fascinating tourist attractions can be explored within the under-grounding water forest of Lake Manyara National Park. The park is well known for its tree-climbing lions, and the soda lake attracts thousands of pink flamingos. After an extensive game viewing, you will be driving back to Arusha for your departure to your next destination as per your schedule.
