Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for Gorilla Tracking
Today you will embark on a journey to the remote, beautiful and hilly south western Uganda. This long drive of between 8 to 9 hours is a rich experience to people who love road trips. Most of the road is paved but even for slightly uncomfortable parts, they get more adventurous with the beauty of rolling hill. As you go through the villages and gaze at locals, you will be shocked to learn that you are already at the lodge.

Gorilla tracking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast, you will drive to the briefing point in the forest of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to get to be enlightened about your adventure with the Mountain Gorillas. You are advised to carry enough drinking water and a lunch box. At a cost of 15 US dollars, you can get a potter to carry your bag and give you a hand in slippery or steep parts of the forest. After the briefing, you are distributed into groups of eight and led by a park ranger into the forest where you will spend one hour with the gentle giants. A rain gear is important considering that Bwindi is a tropical rainforest. You will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi where you will take a swim in Uganda’s most beautiful lake to enjoy nature or explore surrounding communities by foot.

Transfer to Lake Mburo NP
Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, Have a game drive on your way in. this is the smallest savannah park but heavily populated. Its gives good break from a gorilla safari or even a fresh start for a safari depending on the route plan of your Safari. As you drive through easy to see are Zebras, Impalas, Waterbucks and the list goes on. Please note that on a good day you can see a leopard(s).

Walking Safari and Transfer to Entebbe
Today begins with coffee and a walking safari into the wild L. Mburo in search of wildlife. After the adventure, return to the Lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will embark on your return journey. Lunch stop at the Equator and proceed to Entebbe International Airport.
