Your private guide with a safari 4WD vehicle, meets and greets you at your hotel in Kigali after a leisurely breakfast. You will visit the Kigali Genocide Museum to pay your last respects to victims of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi before leaving the lively capital. You will drive north-west through lush hills and bustling market towns for approximately 4 hours, to the stunning Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Uganda. Your overnight stay will be at Travelers Rest Hotel or similar.

Gorilla Trekking Experience, Mgahinga Gorilla NP
After an early morning breakfast, you will transfer to the ranger station for a gorilla trekking briefing on do’s and don’ts while you will be interacting with gorillas. Afterward, you will be accompanied by a senior ranger guide and hike into the forest in search of gorillas. Once you find them, you will have an hour with them. You'll have time to sit and observe them at very close quarters of 10 meters. After the experience, you will return to the lodge. Your overnight stay will be at Travelers Rest Hotel or similar.

Mgahinga Gorilla NP - Queen Elizabeth National Park
An early morning breakfast will be followed by a transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will enjoy the greatest scenery as you’ll be driven through the remarkable rolling hills with the greatest views of the Virunga Mountains and farmlands in Ankole leading you to the home of wildlife. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge and go for an afternoon game drive and or a boat trip. Your overnight stay will be at Bush Lodge or similar.

Game Drive & Boat Cruise Safari, QENP - Kibale NP
After an early morning breakfast, you'll participate in a morning game drive. The drive through the Kasenyi Plains which is a spot for predators hunting their prey. The game drive provides you with an excellent opportunity to view animals such as jackals, bushbucks, forest hogs, buffaloes, elephants, and kobs as they go about their daily routines. In the afternoon, you will head to a fantastic launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel and observe beautiful birds and wildlife. A Ugandan wildlife safari without a boat cruise safari on the Kazinga Channel is considered incomplete. The channel attracts a large concentration of wildlife and birdlife to quench their thirst. This boat launch safari would certainly expose you to these creatures. After the boat safari, you will transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. Your overnight stay will be at Chimpanzee Forest Lodge or similar.

Chimpanzee Trekking Experience, Kibale NP - Coffee Farm
The Uganda chimpanzee trekking safari is a unique opportunity that will allow you to follow a chimpanzee group in its daily activities. Accompanying Kibale reserve researchers and rangers, you will be on the forest floor to watch the chimps search for their fruits and vocalizing. Then, you will follow them for an hour observing the full gamut of their behavior. You will be part of the Uganda Wildlife Authority initiative to trek the chimpanzees without changing their natural environment. It’s one of the great moments of your safari! In the afternoon, you will do the community and swamp walk offered by the members of the Bigodi Community. It’s one way of learning about the traditional culture of Africa. This will be followed by a transfer to the coffee Farm. Your overnight stay will be at the coffee farm or similar.

Coffee Tour Experience, Clarke Farm & Coffee Lodge
While you’re staying at the Coffee Lodge, you have the whole day to do the Uganda coffee tour experience. The coffee guide will show you every step of coffee preparation from the seeds to the garden and the cup. After a leisurely morning breakfast, You will visit Clarke Farm and experience the amazing hilltop views. You will explore the river and forest walks. You can try activities such as bouldering and mountain biking, walking or jogging on the farm trails, or an exciting guided tour of the farm by Jeep. You'll round off your stay by roasting some Clarke Farm coffee and enjoying the fresh locally and intercontinental-prepared dishes. Your overnight stay will be at the coffee lodge or similar.

The driver-guide will drop you off at your preferred lodge or the airport for your outbound departure back home.
