Nairobi - Amboseli National Park
Our company representatives will meet you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or at your pre-booked Nairobi hotel, brief you about the safari and then drive you to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its scenery which includes a backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak which dominates the landscape and open plains. Your first afternoon game drive will take place after you have checked in and had lunch in your lodge.
Amboseli is known as the best place in Africa for getting up close to wild elephants. The population is so robust here that sightings are guaranteed! The park is also a photographer’s paradise. Remember those wonderful photos you’ve seen of elephants seemingly posing in front of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro? They were taken here.
On your game drives, you can spot wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, gazelle, and of course, cheetah and lion on Amboseli’s great horizons. You'll return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.
