Depart early morning and drive to Meru National Park, this road safari that will take you about 6 hours. You will enjoy the beautiful sceneries en-route such as views of snow capped Mt Kenya, the meanderings road through deep valleys especially after Embu town where you can make several stopovers for sightseeing, Including view Miraa” khat” plantation before stopping for your lunch in Meru or Maua, thereafter proceeding to Murera gate for the park formalities. You will be exploring meru National Park tracking animals in the bushes in the evening. Dinner and overnight Ikweta Safari Camp.

After breakfast you will have ample time to explore the park, we can leave with picnic lunches and come later in the day or simply come back to the camp for hot lunch and thereafter enjoy a swim as you are relaxing for Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Meru National Park - Nairobi

Early morning breakfast and leave the campsite to Nairobi using a different route. We have a 1-hour stopover in Nanyuki town then proceed with the journey. Enjoy beautiful sceneries en route such as the large wheat and French bean plantations in Timau. Arrive in Nairobi in the evening.
