3-Day Wonders of the Masai Mara 4x4 Land Cuiser Safari

Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve (265 km, 5 to 6 hours)

Your safari will begin with a pick-up at in the morning from the airport or hotel you are staying at in Nairobi, and you will then travel to Masai Mara.

A visit to the Masai Mara is the highlight of every trip to Kenya. Beautiful scenery may be seen in every direction, and there is an abundance of wildlife (including the Big Five) and cultural artifacts to discover. The Masai Mara in Kenya is widely regarded as one of the continent's finest game reserves.

July–October are busy in the Great Rift Valley. In pursuit of new grazing, millions of zebra and wildebeest cross the Masai Mara in danger. Lions, leopards, and other predators follow.

You will be picked up from your accommodation at 17:00 by Maasai Morans (warriors) who will lead you on a walking safari through the thick Maasai Mara before you continue on to a cultural visit of some of the ancient tribes that still remain in the area.

When the day is done, you'll head back to the lodge or camp for dinner and the night.

Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

The plan for the day can be adjusted based on what you and your guide decide to do.

You can sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast, or you can get up early and go on a full-day safari with a picnic lunch. As a result, you'll be able to see the migration in its natural habitat along the Mara River. There will be more opportunities to see wildlife during the day, and you can return to the resort or camp in the late afternoon.
Alternatively: - Let's go on a safari at dawn. After enjoying breakfast, you can unwind until lunchtime before continuing your journey.

After that, at 6:00, you'll go on a game drive in the afternoon. Come back to the lodge/camp at 6:30 p.m. to have dinner and spend the night.

Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha then Nairobi

After breakfast, you will get in the car and head to Lake Naivasha.

After arriving, you will promptly embark on a boat ride that will take you around Lake Naivasha. The boat ride will take you around the highest lake in the Rift Valley, providing you with breathtaking panoramas of the water and the countless bird species that call it home. From your boat, you may also observe tens of hippo ponds in this area.

Following the boat ride, you will make your way to the animal sanctuary in order to participate in a walking safari there.

You will be transferred to your location in Nairobi, or you will be taken to the airport to board your trip back home.
