Lake Manyara National Park is located at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. Its groundwater forest offers an easy way of looking for predators in the park. Although the park is known for its tree-climbing lions, a member of the big cats, it is also home to elephants, buffalos, and leopards, the main attractions in the park. After lunch, we start the game drive. Later, we exit the park and drive to Arusha for drop-off at your arranged hotel.

Day 2
Lake Manyara to Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Area

After breakfast, we depart from Farm of Dreams Lodge to Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch and game drives en route. The Serengeti National Park is Africa’s most famous park. Renowned for its incredible concentrations of predators and the great migration of two million grazers, a safari here is guaranteed to be exceptional. The endless grassy plains are amongst the richest grazing grounds in the African bush and, therefore, home to the largest herds and the highest concentrations of predators on the planet. You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Thorn Tree Tented Camp.

Day 3
Full-day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Full-day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Today will be a full-day game drive in Serengeti Park, either with a packed lunch or a hot lunch back at the camp (discuss with your safari guide). In Serengeti, it is easy to see many animals. You have the possibility to see the migration of wildebeest around the Seronera area (in season). After a long day in Serengeti, drive back to Thorn Tree Tented Camp in the evening.

Day 4

Today will be a full-day game drive in Serengeti Park, either with a packed lunch or a hot lunch back at the camp (discuss with your safari guide). In Serengeti, it is easy to see many animals. You have the possibility to see the migration of wildebeest around the Seronera area (in season). After a long day in Serengeti, drive back to Thorn Tree Tented Camp in the evening.

After breakfast in Serengeti National Park, do a game drive around the Serengeti until lunchtime before driving to Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. This is the highlight of your trip. You will see many animals. You can decide to take a packed lunch and have a game drive en route to Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge.

Day 6

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the crater for a game drive with picnic lunch boxes. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five. It is a great African safari adventure. It is one of the most beautiful natural wildlife safari sites in the world and an exceptional place to interact with people from the Maasai tribe. In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive to the Farm of Dreams Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro to Tarangire Park then back to Arusha
Ngorongoro to Tarangire Park then back to Arusha
The morning after breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for game drives with picnic lunch boxes. Tarangire National Park is a lovely, quiet park in Northern Tanzania, located slightly off the main safari route. It is most famous for its elephant migration, birding, and authentic safari atmosphere. The majority of travelers to the region either miss out on Tarangire altogether or venture into the park for a matter of hours – leaving swathes of Tarangire virtually untouched! Late afternoon, depart the park and drive to Arusha.
