Arusha City – Tarangire National Park

Pick up from Arusha, meet and great with your driver guide in Arusha, after brief introduction we will proceed to Tarangire National Park for game drive with picnic lunches. After game drive we will proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.

Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, collect lunch boxes and then proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation area, Today you will visit one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater, created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem, the crater has the highest concentration of animals than anywhere in Africa, and the crater has the highest concentration of animals than anywhere in Africa, after game drive you will proceed to Serengeti National Park for dinner and overnight.

The crater is world largest caldera which was formed after the explosion which occurred approximately 2-3 million years ago, the crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level, the area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.

Today you will have full day of game drives in Serengeti national park, you will continue to exploring the Serengeti plains trying to spot wildlife with the help of your Guide.

Serengeti is the park located in northern Tanzania and is world heritage site occupying the area of around 15,000 square kilometers, with over 2 million herbivorous, 4000 lions, 1000 leopard, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species, this area is with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile and the rare oribi antelope.
