All tourists to Kenya must see the Masai Mara National Reserve, which has been dubbed a natural Wonder of the World. The annual wildebeest migration, which takes place between July and October, is the highlight. Even if your visit doesn't coincide with the migration season, the Masai Mara never fails to impress. The majestically sweeping savannah grasslands, breathtaking topography, the Big Five, the enchanted sunrises and sunsets, the lovely Maa culture, and much more will still be right in front of you. A once-in-a-lifetime trip awaits you in the Mara. You'll get to the lodge in time for lunch.

Day 3

Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara

You will go on a full-day game drive in the park with packed lunches after breakfast at the lodge. Your tour guide will try to locate each of the Big Five. You will be monitoring the migration if your trip falls during the migratory season. You will watch as hundreds of wildebeest cross the crocodile-infested river in awe and anticipation. The ensuing herds will step over hundreds, perhaps even thousands of bodies that have drowned in the water. Those who are fortunate enough to cross over will be greeted by predators who are eager to make prey of them. You will be dumbfounded after such a moving encounter.

You'll enjoy a picnic lunch in a beautiful area of the park. Further game drives will be taken later before you head back to the resort for dinner and the night.
