Day 1

You'll take a drive through the land of giants. This national park is known for its elephants and sprawling baobab trees. After breakfast, you will begin your 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you will pass by beautiful Maasai villages and the open plain that become synonymous with images of Tanzania.

You will go on a morning game drive with our Travel Ninjas (tour guides, but much better) highly trained to make your experience life-changing and mind-blowing every time. You will have a picnic lunch with a spectacular view of the Tarangire River is a great way to suck it all in.

Later on, you will take a deeper dive into the wild and have an opportunity to see lions, leopards, Cape buffalo, and a large variety of antelopes. After a spectacular day in Tarangire, you will retire to your selected accommodation for dinner and a good night's sleep.

Day 2

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

You will take an early breakfast and depart to Serengeti via Ngorongoro Crater on a 6-hour drive while enjoying a game drive en route to Serengeti National Park. You will make a quick stop at the gate to absorb the breathtaking view of the crater in a 15-minute time frame.

You will visit a Maasai community (optional). You may learn about the magnificent Maasai tribe's culture, which included drinking raw animal blood and pursuing lions after their kills. However, these customs are no longer practiced, except for the ritual of drinking blood. This is not included in the price. (15 to 30 minutes stop; entrance fees $10 -20).

You'll arrive in the late afternoon for a game drive in Seronera (the heart of Serengeti) until the late evening, when you may watch the sunset while getting a close-up glimpse of many wild animals. A reminder that campers can still see wildlife, primarily hyenas, with tight ranger protection. Accommodations are provided, including a stay at a Bougainvillea Lodge.

After an early breakfast, you will embark on an early game drive, seeing a number of animals until the afternoon, when you will come to camp for lunch and packing. As you leave the Serengeti and proceed to Simba Campground (2 hours away). You will see animals at campsites.
Included meals are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
You will spend the night at Rhino Lodge in Ngorongoro Crater Rim.

After an early breakfast, you will descend the crater at 6:15 am in search of the black rhinos. It is the most difficult animal to see in the stunning crater since it is a floor crater.

After lunch, you'll go on a wildlife drive, climb the crater to set up camp, and then pack up to go to Bougainvillea Safari Lodge near Lake Manyara National Park (be prepared for swimming if interested).

After breakfast, you will depart from your accommodation to Lake Manyara National Park. After a short summary of the market, you will proceed to Lake Manyara National Park home of tree-climbing lions pleading to be photographed.
Bird lovers will find Lake Manyara an absolute delight with a huge variety of birds on display. You will not only be amazed but also surprised by large flocks of flamingos and many other varieties of birds since it’s a birding destination. The park is indeed a photographer’s playing field and provides some of the finest game views in the world.
You will then drive back to your own chosen location or accommodation for dinner and a good night's sleep in Arusha.
