Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Your exciting safari will begin with an early morning pick up from your Nairobi hotel or airport and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, passing by the Great Rift Valley. You will stop at the viewpoint to take in the breathtaking views and take photos.
You'll proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park and arrive in time for check-in and a delicious lunch at the lodge.

After lunch, you will relax for a bit then head for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru Park is known as a bird lover’s hub because of the numerous birds that live in this park. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to over 400 bird species including the flamingos that live on the lake and in the park’s savannah grasslands. The park is also home to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and 50 or more animal species including 100 endangered rhinos distributed between the black and white rhinos, waterbucks, lions, impalas, and many more.

After the game drive, you will return to the lodge to relax and enjoy dinner.

Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you'll depart to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve and arrive in time for check-in and a delicious buffet lunch. Masai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos.

Wildebeests traverse their plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara and Talek Rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of the Maasai people.

After lunch, you'll relax a bit at the lodge and enjoy its amenities, and then proceed for a game drive at 4 o'clock. You'll get to see different wildlife species including the Big Five with the help of an experienced guide who will make your safari memorable. Your dinner and your overnight stay will be at the luxury camp.

Full-Day Masai Mara National Reserve

Today's itinerary is flexible and you can discuss with your guide and plan for the day’s schedule.

You can either have a relaxed breakfast or depart for a full-day game drive at around 7:30 am with a picnic lunch. This will give you a chance to visit the Mara River where the migration happens during its time. Also, you'll have better chances to view wildlife all day and return to the lodge/camp late in the afternoon.
Or:
At 6:00 am, you will have an early morning game drive. Later, you will return to your accommodation for breakfast and relax for the morning until mid-afternoon.

Then at 4:00 pm, you will depart on an afternoon game drive. At 6:30 pm, you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

On this day early morning, you have an option to enjoy a balloon safari ride over the Masai Mara (to be paid directly).

Masai Mara to Nairobi

On this day, you will have breakfast, then check out of the camp and depart for Nairobi, enjoying an en-route game drive. You will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport for your flight back home.
As well as the wildlife, the park is home to the tribe of Masai warriors. Their bravery is known the world over in their battles with the animals of the savanna, and they welcome you into the culture with traditional song and dance. You will have a chance to witness their culture and visit a home to better know their extraordinary way of life. This visit is optional and there is an extra fee of US$30 applicable.
Optional activities on this day can be a half-day city tour, a cultural experience at the Bomas of Kenya, and dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant for exotic meals(to be paid directly).
