Arrival in Nairobi

One of our guides will welcome you to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. He will drive you to your accommodation in Nairobi. This is where you will refresh and prepare for your safari experience in Nairobi National Park and Amboseli National Park.

Nairobi National Park

Starting at your accommodation around 7:00 am, you will receive a short briefing about the safari. Then, you will depart to the National Park. Nairobi National Park is the oldest of Kenya’s national parks. It is known for its black rhino sanctuary and, despite bordering the city, it is home to lions, leopards, and hyenas as well as many other Kenyan animals. You'll enjoy wildlife viewing with a picnic lunch served inside the park. Later, you will drive back to your accommodation in Nairobi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Today after breakfast, you will be picked up and driven from your lodge to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds, the name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”. It is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannahs, and woodlands. You'll stop by the local Masai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture and have a picnic lunch. Then, you'll proceed with the game drive until late afternoon when you will be driven to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you will continue with a game drive. This time a full-day game drive to experience the herds of elephants and other many animals before the afternoon. You will have your picnic lunch then continue with the game drive until evening when you will be driven back to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Amboseli to Nairobi
